Isn't Netflix working/unavailable?

The projector I bought before will have black spots after a period of use, will this product have such a problem?

Kindly take projector pay back .

this projector I purchased in November 2024. Within just six months of use, approximately 50% of the display has developed a burnt spot, severely affecting the viewing quality.I am unable to see clear pictures or enjoy proper usage of the device.As the product is still under warranty until November 2026, I kindly request that you provide a repair or replacement at the earliest convenience.
