We really liked this coffeemaker. Did a great job of making a full pot or a single cup. Shortly after purchasing, however, I dropped the water reservoir and broke it. I am unable to find a replacement tank for it anywhere, even on the Ninja website. My fault for dropping, but now the coffeemaker is useless with no tank. Would be a five star review if not for the unavailability of replacement parts.

I really like the look and how you have both the kcup and the regular pot but I end up with coffee grounds in my cup every time I use the kcup

Absolutely love this coffee maker. Bought it for the occasional use of a K-Cup. Would give a 4.5 star if I could just due to the multiple steps needed to use a K-cup. If you don't use k-cups then it's a great machine. We rarely use the k-cup now so still giving a 5 star because of the quality of the machine. I love the big reservoir and not having to brew multiple pots. It's very convenient to be able to select the exact amount you want brewed. The coffee brews great. It's easy to program. We like how it's not very wide and fits on the counter well. The reusable filter is convenient and doesn't leak grounds into the pot even with a fine grind coffee. I haven't had any leaks that others have complained about. We did dropped the water reservoir and it broke and we couldn't find another one the same size and had to buy a whole new machine to replace that part.

Love it! Works perfectly! Would purchase again. Coffee is great! Easy to use.
