Good entry level book, out of shape, overweight and newly diagnosed heart problem... was sitting a lot when I retired and needed somewhere to start... this book gave me a great place to begin...

This is a wonderful book
This is a wonderful book, full of information from chair exercises to yoga poses. The illustrations and directions are very clear. Anyone who wants to get into chair exercises for whatever reason, this is the book for you. What you read on the cover, covers what you can learn inside the book. Good job James Atkinson and thank you.

Grab a Chair (to work out)
I actually got this, and other books by Jim, for my mother. She is in less than optimal health and doesn't have a lot of time on her feet before getting tired. She loves it. It's "just what the doctor ordered" as she puts it. This is great. I appreciate the content and the updates that Jim makes to his content. The gifs are an amazing tool for the digital copy of the book. Thanks so much Jim!

Just what we wanted!
My husband and I are using this and it is clear and easy to understand. We are doing this along other exercising and the book shows how to do exercises according to your need.
