The overall audio quality is subpar, especially when compared to significantly more affordable options from brands like OnePlus and boAt. It's almost impossible to hear anything clearly outdoors due to the lack of noise cancellation and weak volume output. Uncomfortable Fit: The design is quite uncomfortable. If you're not used to in-ear styles, this product will likely cause ear pain after short usage. It also doesn't come with any earbud attachments to help with fit or comfort. No Return Policy & Poor Support: Amazon does not allow returns for this product and instead directs you to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is unresponsive—they don't answer calls or offer any real support, making it difficult to resolve issues. Not Worth the Price: Spending ₹12,000 on a product with such poor quality and no support feels like a waste. For the same price, I could have opted for Apple AirPods, which offer far better performance and reliability. The only redeeming quality is the design—the earphones look premium and feel good in hand. But if you're prioritizing sound quality and comfort, this product completely misses the mark. Final Verdict: This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. I genuinely hope Amazon introduces a 0-star rating option in the future, because this product would deserve it.

Much better than the popular Appl brand. Does all functions amazingly well. One must know the functionality and then it’ll amaze you with quality of sound, it’s sturdiness and the ease of operating.

I wanted a pair of earbuds without silicone tips because they are not suitable for me, especially during the summer. After much research, I decided to get these buds. Initially, after reading reviews, I thought they might not be great, but I trust Marshall as a brand. Trust me, the sound is amazingly clear, with no artificial bass. It sounds very original, and you will hear every instrument played in the music. I only experience discomfort in my right ear, but it is bearable and will likely adjust after regular use. These earbuds are highly recommended for Teams calls.

Audio quality is decent enough but the fitting is worst . It hurts a lot to ears and it doesn’t have ANC . It’s not loud even 2-3k worth buds give better sound and loudness . And it’s very hectic to do the warranty process as we own needs to mail marshal for any warranty claim
