I never thought I would find a sugar substitute for coffee. I can drink anything else diet or zero sugar, but coffee is just ruined by traditional no calorie sweeteners. I liked swerve OK, but then I tried this. You won't find a sugar substitute that tastes more like sugar than this. There is NO aftertaste. It's a little less sweet so you have use a little more. For example, I use 3-4 tsp of sugar in a cup of coffee but need 5 of this. I am looking forward to baking with it as well since I understand it behaves like sugar when cooked (caramelizes). It clumps pretty easily, but I just break it up with the scoop or throw the clumps into the coffee because they dissolve right away.

I bought this to make sugar free chocolate syrup and so far that’s all I’ve used it for. I’ve made several batches and it works beautifully. I haven’t experienced any negatives. It’s super low calorie, tastes delicious and no stomach upsets or anything like that. I doubt most people could even tell it’s sugar free. For real. Haven’t done a side by side or anything but it’s really great in coffee or drizzled over cake. It’s a giant bag. I did leave it open for a couple days on accident and it’s hardened but it doesn’t seem to matter. I just gave it a whack and it loosened up like regular sugar. I was hesitant to buy such a large bag but I’m glad I did because it’s a great product and so much cheaper than the other brand I bought before. I plan to try sugar free caramel as soon as I have time. My friend an and family love the chocolate syrup.

I liked that it taste very much like sugar. It is a bit more powdery than I thought it would be. It seems to be a mix of crystallized bits and powder. The label says one and 1/3 cups is equal to one cup of sugar. I’ve tried other brands that are a 1 to 1 ratio for sugar replacement. Overall, it suits my taste just fine and the price is right.

very happy with this sweetener. had been using some of the other low calorie sweeteners until I read the health reports. definately not as sweet as the others but helped me wean the high sweetness of the others. helped me in my diet to loose 50lbs

I was really surprised, this had a significant cooling effect in the mouth even though it’s supposed to be straight allulose and was a lot sweeter than I am used to allulose being (I have made a lot of keto style desserts for myself and other family members over the years and I am used to working with allulose). I usually buy FitLane and switched because of the price difference. I regret it. The ice cream I made today, as I have done many times in the past with allulose, did not freeze and the taste is funny with this brand. It’s not overly bad to me, and I will definitely use it, but other family members can tell the difference and won’t eat the things I make with it. I took a risk with a new product because of price and regretted it. I gave it three stars because it dissolves easily, was inexpensive compared to other brands, and it’s non-gmo. I took stars away for taste and the not-quite-right quality of finished products made with it.

This product was advertised as "powdered sweetener alternative" but arrived as a very coarse material, not suitable for my purposes. I contacted the seller directly, and they acknowledged there had been a problem with an early batch. They sent me a replacement immediately that was indeed the powdered sweetener I hoped for.Mistakes do happen, so I judge a business by their willingness to fix their mistakes.
