This machine is great, big enough for a church carnival and easy enough for a teen to use. I did not enjoy the aspects of cleaning it but that's to be expected given the nature of hot melted sugar. It was on sale so it cost as much to buy as it did yo rent. It was a steal.

The cotton candy machine/ cart works GREAT, we could wait to put it together. It was easy to do. It heats up fast and using hard candy is just as easy as the floss sugar. Would recommend to anyone!!!! Well worth the money. SUPER FUN TOO

This is a great cotton candy machine! Very sturdy! Could be used at large events!

The cart became unstable almost immediately and it stopped heating after 1 use. I’m shocked at how poorly built this is.

This is a nice machine for home use but not Comercial use.it cannot keep with the large volumes. Considering a good gold medal unit cost a grand this machine is good for the price

We bought this cotton candy machine to use at grandkids birthday parties and other celebrations. The machine heats quickly and makes amazing cotton candy. Cleaning is as simple as pouring hot water in the sugar well with the machine running and then wipe dry. Truly a great machine.

Poor construction- the bowl has screws that almost went through (it’s very thin material)The cart is a huge disappointment- one part the hole is too big and won’t hold together and we needed to tape it to make it more secure. I would never recommend this to anyone.

jai rentrer dans mon argent en pas long si tu te dis que sa coute 10 piace par barbe a papa et que je nen fait tres souvent et je lamanner avec moi au événements je rentre emplement dans mon argent toute le monde aime sa et en plus tu peux prendre toute sorte de bonbon sa marche aussi bien je les esseiller avec des sceltose surtere mais tres bon

I was not expecting this machine to "really" be a professional one, and yet, it is.It is way bigger than I thought, and you can make several cotton candies a minute. The floss comes out immediately after you pour the sugar and it is just like in a carnival. Kids are amazed, I am amazed, everybody's amazed :) :) :)Seriously, it is super easy to make. Reading other comments I was not sure, but it is really as simple as pouring sugar in a hole with the provided spoon. And voilà, it creates floss right away.My instructions :- Place it outside! You don't want all that flying sugar floss on your wall- Turn it on (max power) for 5 minutes- Be ready !- 1 hand handling the cone (rotating counter clockwise)- 1 hand pouring the sugar- Enjoy! (that easy)- Repeat.5 stars, 100% satisfied.
