Love it
This was a lifesaver we took at camping. We needed to have some kind of internet for the TV and it worked. It won't work in all places but I'll tell you it is fast and furious and I was glad to have it. I would highly recommend it. It's only $15 a month for that data, so it's worth it. The connectivity is good. It functions good. It's easy to set up. I would definitely recommend it.

Poor quality check when mailing out … !!!
Not sure what is wrong ? I thought it was a new product ? It appears to be a returned unit that was just mailed out again ? Or refurbished ? The PW would not activate ??? I thought I was getting a new product ? No instructions , not even a cliff note chest sheet ! Very disappointing !

Works perfectly
Works great and doesnt drop service and stays consistent. Even in the middle of our 100 acres in the country in our cement block cabin.

Works great, easy to set up
Easy to set up. I went to the att store and purchased a pay as you go sim card, put it in and it worked like a charm. Great coverage. Pay $40 a month for unlimited data so when camping I can stream TV, Internet on my laptop with no problem.

0 stars.Do not buy this product under any circumstance.Avoid AT&T at all costs.This thing is absolute garbage. Horrendous to setup and barely works if at all. Slow and worthless, battery lasts 20 minutesGARBAGE

Preset password not correct
The idea is great, but the password preprogrammed in was not correct. Almost 1 1/2 hours later in the AT&T store we finally got it reset and working.

Reliable wifi box
Have had this Hotspot for months now and is still going strong . Updates when needed and internet is strong signal. My kids play their Xbox and games as well as family tvs connected. No troubles.
