Plug and play high quality DAC for raspberry pi!
I love this DAC hat. I use it with a raspberry pi running Volumio in my living room. Which is a fantastic audio experience with Tidal compatibility and control via my phone. Truly plug and play experience with amazing sound quality. I love it so much I bought two of these even though I'm quite sure how I'm going to deploy the second one.

Uses 9 pins in the pinnout, does this even use PCIe
PInnout Used3, 5, 12, 22, 26, 27,28, 35, 40These pins are used by the HATThis makes this hat useless on my project, would have saved my self the hastle of this purchase if the description had not led me to believe this was PCIe and instead uses so many pin headers that are used on my project already

Overall Good, But Lacking Complete Documentation
Direction did not fully tell you everything needed to get the audio portion working. Other than that it worked as expected.

Great sound quality and fast speed from the NVME
Loaded a new rpi5 with this hat and a samsung NVME for a Moode audio system to go in the garage. Using the NVME for the OS and music library, no SD card. Super fast boot and very responsive menus and music access within Moode. Only the single line for dtoverlay, as noted in the documentation, needed to be added to the config file for the DAC to be loaded. Coupled with a 10.1" display, this thing is awesome! It's been running nonstop for a day now without issue before it gets placed in it's final location.

Worked out of the box on a Pi 5.
I had to add the boot params from their wiki (it's also on a paper that comes with the device,) and then it worked like a champ. It's only day one, so we'll see how it goes, but for now I'm quite impressed for the $.
