This natural laxative is very effective for keeping things moving! I take A LOT of pain medications, and my Pallative Care doctor recommended that I take one in the morning, and one before bed. (Always follow package directions unless your doctor says otherwise!). She said if I hated stool softeners, then this product is great. It does not leave a terrible taste, and it helped me a lot at first, but if I don’t drink enough water, it can’t move things by itself, so I add a glass of Mirilax here and there. This is definitely worth a try!

Worked to well. Had to call the plumber a couple of times that day. Old lady made 2 trips to the store for toilet paper. Do yourself a favor when buying get a 12 pack of TP and maybe a snake just in case. Your welcome.

It’s OK it’s not the best didn’t help me. Let me put it that way at all. Now it might help you, but I didn’t want it if I need to go to the bathroom I need to go to the bathroom.
