This posture smart scale has been really good so far. It’s accurate with weight readings and also gives a lot of extra info beyond just the number on the scale. The body fat, BMI, and other measurements seem pretty reliable, and they’re easy to track in the app. I like having all the detailed data since I’m working toward a specific weight and body fat goal—it makes progress much easier to follow. The larger platform is comfortable to stand on, and overall the scale feels solid and well-made. A great tool if you want more insight into your health than just body weight.

Functionally, this scale is great, easy to read, integrates with apps very well, data is presented very well and so on... What brought me here to write a review was the customer service. After a year+ there was an issue, so I emailed the company. Overnight I got a response suggesting I might like a replacement, simply send a photo of the label on the underneath and provide a shipping address. Can't ask for better than this!

Not perfect, but I certainly trust it more than the several I’ve owned that you just stand on. These measuring devices rely too much (solely) on body hydration. After a run in the heat, your “body fat” measurement will skyrocket. At least this one measures muscle hydration more accurately. If you’re well hydrated, it’s a halfway decent proxy for body fat percentage.

I recently purchased the Posture Scale for Body Weight and Fat Percentage and I’m very happy with it. I started off with a 5-star review because of ease of use and generally good accuracy when comparing to the expensive scans at the gym. Then after only a few months, the recoil mechanism broke with no warning with normal use... Now what?? That made me change my rating down to 1-star and was very disappointing. Since it was past the Amazon return period, I was very concerned because you never know if a company is going to actually stand behind their product. I contacted the Posture support through the Amazon order and they got back to me right away. They apologized and IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new scale. You can't ask for any better service. I'm now back to a 5-Star rating. Great job, Posture!!

Like the fat and muscle percentages. Easy to use and sends info to the app. Prints of stats are blurry but a good scale.

Die Körperfettwaage überzeugt mich in allen Punkten. Die Waage ist stabil, modern gestaltet und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Display ist gut lesbar und die Messergebnisse werden klar angezeigt. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und die Verbindung mit der App hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Messwerte werden übersichtlich dargestellt und lassen sich gut über einen längeren Zeitraum verfolgen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Möglichkeit, mehrere Benutzerprofile anzulegen. Die Messergebnisse sind konstant und nachvollziehbar, wenn man die Waage unter gleichen Bedingungen nutzt. Für den täglichen Gebrauch ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Fazit: Eine zuverlässige, moderne Körperfettwaage mit sinnvoller App-Anbindung und gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

What a great item. First, for me this is an accurate scale. I tested it against other scales with a fixed weight on a flat, level surface and it gave the same reading. That was the most important thing to me and if it didn't meet that first test I would have returned it. The set ap and app sync process was very easy and just asked for the most basic info to get it ready to do the analysis. No requirements to give address or phone numbers etc. It's quite speedy in the analysation; no more than 10 seconds and the detailed results and breakdown come straight through on your phone It gives an astounding amount of information but will also give the three most important results on the screen, weight, fat % and BMI. It doesn't announce any results for those who care about discretion! What I really like about the item is that you don't have to connect to Bluetooth every time you want to use it. It will store your results and then send these to your phone next time you connect to the app. But it also has a good failsafe; if it detects a 2kg difference against the last reading, it won't save those results which means other persons can use the scale without affecting your results. The only thing I don't like is the app is telling me a ridiculous goal weight and I don't think I've weighed that for 20 years (if ever)!. I don't know where it got that figure but that's a criticism of the app and not this product. I'll continue to ignore it. Obviously, I can't tell if the 25+ detailed readings it gives are 100% accurate without an expensive separate medical analysis but I feel they are very accurate based on my past detailed readings in a medical environment and how I look and feel about my body right now. I'd pretty much guessed my fat ratio v muscle ratio etc and this item seemed spot on. What I care most about now is the trends and I'm confident this item will really help me keep track of those. I'm really blown away by the price and how quick and efficient it is.
