Absolutely love this little machine !! Game changer for sure !! I have three pups and I'm constantly cleaning. I do worry about smells in my house even though we rarely have visitors but, on those times that we do I want my home to smell fresh. It does !! It smells better than great !! I love walking into my home after work and smelling the lite fresh vanilla and coconut aroma that hits me when I enter the house. It's amazing !! Yes, it does make some noise... it is a machine remember... it however, is not very loud. I do find it a bit difficult to figure out the timer and why it has so many different timers you can set. I'm still tinkering with it. It pairs to my Bluetooth pretty easy. I just set it once and it works great. Refilling the bottle is pretty simple. The app needs some work but this little machine is my new favorite device !! If you're doubting this purchases just get it !! It really is worth it !! I love mine and will not go back to scenty wax or those water fill ones that cost way too much for what they are made of !! This is definitely the way to go !! No more water mess, no more oil mist all over the place !! Freaking Awesome !! Don't stress much over the app, or try to wifi it bc most of our wifi now days runs on 5g this little device still runs on 2.5 so Bluetooth is definitely the way to go. Once you get it set up you really don't need the app. Seriously, just set up your Bluetooth, configure your timer(s) and forget about it. I keep checking for oil level but, other than that...i let it do it's thing (I belive there's an option on the device itself for timers in case you can't figure out the app) refilling the oil is simple, no mixing with water just pour right into the bottle. It holds so much I haven't had to refill it yet and I've had it going on the weeks now. Absolutely love this amazing little game changer !! 😍

Yes, this is an investment and worth every penny. While I love candles, I kinda got tired of buying them from B&BW. Some smell good at first, then go faint overtime and they can be expensive. This diffuser is awesome. I mounted mine on one of my living room walls behind a plant to hide it away. It plugs in so I don’t have to worry about batteries. You can set a schedule for when you want it to start and stop, how often it should diffuser and for how long. I scheduled it to start at 8am-11pm. It dispenses essential oil every 5 minutes at 20 second intervals. I can hear it when it runs on. At first, I was worried if it was too loud but I’ve gotten used to it now. My house smells heavenly. It holds ALOT of oil that seems to last a VERY long time (months). It even has an app. No more candles for me.

Great scent…for a couple of months. The first couple of months this produced strong scents. Now it still runs and somehow uses the oil I put in but produces almost no scent. I have tried multiple different brands of oils with the same results. This machine simply stopped properly diffusing after a few months. For the money it is certainly not worth it. I am beyond the return window so I am chalking this up to a learning experience.

The directions are ridiculous, I just unplug it. Plug it back in plug, it, plug it back in. Buy something simpler unless you're home. Just plug it, plug it back in otherwise it works. I mean, just too many damn directions. And you really can't understand everything. How to put the hours in the minutes? It's not really clear so if you're home, just plug it in, plug it back out, I mean it works, I like it

I really like this diffuser and the convenience of controlling it from my phone. I don’t mind the noise from it at all, and it seems to produce a strong, long lasting smell. The only downside is that it doesn’t look like I can buy a cartridge separately, in case I want to switch out scents from time to time. I don’t absolutely love the scent I initially purchased for it, so I would love to have the option to buy an empty cartridge to try a different scent before using up the one I already have.

I recently bought this scent diffuser after being let down by Aroma 360/Hotel Collection. While Aroma 360 might look nicer, it doesn’t work as well as this one. This diffuser is really powerful and fills up my whole living room, even with high ceilings. I’ve tried many diffusers, and this is my favorite so far. It was easy to set up, and the app makes it simple to control. I can set a schedule for it, and the fragrance lasts a long time. The waterless design means you get the pure scent of the oils. This diffuser has made my home smell like a fancy hotel. If you’re thinking about getting a diffuser, go for this one – it’s totally worth it!

Item stopped working after one month. Item was replaced, however the replacement I received does not work.

First the good... I was unsure about using air instead of water, but that part works great. It also uses much less oil than I thought it would. Now the bad... the headline says 1500 sq ft coverage. That's about the exact size of my living room, so I thought it would be perfect. However, instead of being programmable to do 1 puff a minute (which would be ideal), it shuts off completely ... and then turns on completely. Think of the timer more like a sprinkler timer where it comes on for a longer period of time. This means that there is either no scent, or the scent is so strong you can feel the scent in the back of your throat. We now just plug it in or out when we want a bit of scent. However, if the manufacturers read this, please create one that allows you to put a puff every... 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. That would be much more usable.
