I've been using Xtend BCAAs for about two years now, and they've consistently proven to be reliable. My wife and I both use this for a sport drink when we’re working out or playing sports on hot days outside. We like this because:- Good taste- Electrolytes and a few other things like isoleucine, leucine, and valine- No sugar- No caffeineNote that this does also contain sucralose. I’ve included pictures with the information on the container.One thing we didn’t like so much:- This is a very fine powder. Scooping it out of the bottle makes a little cloud of aerosolized powder and I have to be careful not to breathe in the powder when mixing it. If I am mixing up enough to fill two of our water bottles, I wear a paper mask while scooping this out and mixing it.

I enjoy the taste and got a baby bottle funnel to help pour this into standard water bottles. 1 full scoop is a little too much for a standard 16.9 fl oz water bottle and tastes a little chalky sometimes, but not an issue if I do less than a full scoop. I also feel like these give me more endurance while working out, without any stimulants, which I prefer.

I have used XTEND for two years during every workout. It’s easy to prepare and it keeps me hydrated and going through the hardest workouts. The taste is amazing without being very sweet. It can take a lot of ice without changing the flavor. I have never felt dizzy, jittery or ever have a crash afterwards. The price is cheaper than all of the box stores and comes straight to the door.

I love the taste of this. powder! I definitely feel like it helps with muscle recovery. I have this product on a subscription so I don't run out! The flavor is great and it definitely supports my energy levels. Highly recommend!

I used this product for over 2 weeks. The taste is awful, and I pinched my nose and gulped it down fast! Most of the time, it didn't sit well on my belly because of the fake sugar in it. So I am going to try a "cleaner" product.
