I bought this watch as I was looking for a way to track my runs and manage my calls but without the price of an Apple Watch. This is absolutely going to be the best bang for your buck out there. You get the feel, quality, battery life, and functionality of a new premium smart watch for a fraction of the price. The screen is high quality and pixel density is good. Also the integrated Alexa is very nice to have. It also is easy to navigate and use and the tracking is precise from my experience so far. All in all this is an excellent watch for the price and is an easy buy.

It's cheap, reliable, pretty useful and durable, it really is water resistant i tested it and it's speaker is pretty decent i made calls through it when I couldn't pick my phone up, it's pretty handy i like it, and i also bought extra bands for it now it's easier to slip on and off, size is perfect, brightness is absolutely amazing too

Very, very disappointed in this!1) Is not accurate! It uses Veryfit on the phone. At 78, not a fitness nut, but am an insomniac so interested in sleep tracking. However, going to bed at 11:00 pm then lay awake until after 12:00, then wake up at 5:00 am, but w/ wife asleep, I lay quietly until after 7:00; It thinks I had a good 7 hrs sleep. It doesn’t know that I was wide awake after 5:00 am. Report to their support, and they suggest I get up and walk around for a while when I wake up so it knows I am awake!2) Not flexible! Android should allow the user to add apps. I did so on previous watches as far back as my Wimmone in 2012! But this blocks that. In fact, while it does have a bunch of watch faces, you cannot load any from the playstore or create one with watch-face-studio such as one that has the “always on” feature (either show with a very dim display or just a few small digits so it uses very little battery). And since moving my wrist or even touching the screen sometimes does not turn it on, I really miss that feature which I had on previous watches. I also want to write an app to display a calendar showing days of week, but I can't upload it.3) Possible security concern. I do not have “find my phone” on and do not use any tracking, so it should not need location on my phone. But if I turn location off on my phone, it refuses to function and even disconnects the watch. That makes me wonder what it does with location and possibly where it goes. (it was made in China!)Updated: They contacted me and have provided compensation indicating they do stand behind their products. So raised review from 1 star to 4 stars.

This smart watch is the perfect size, not too big or small, and does just what I want it to do, nothing more. I can choose the notifications I want and the watch face I want. It is comfortable and easy to read. The mobile app is user friendly. I highly recommend for those of you who don't need the ability to text or talk on your watch, but want to be connected without looking at your phone all the time. The charge seems to be lasting satisfactorily, but depends on what notifications and features you have enabled. The price point is incredible.

UPDATE: 8/30/2023I don't think this smartwatch tracks my heart rate accurately. When I walk or od indoor exercise, I have noticed my heart rate drops and stays low sometimes - when I expect it to be above 130 bpm, it goes down to 80-90. This affects the calories burned, with the watch showing burning about 1 calory every minute when the heart rate is low.I just received a new fitness tracker (a bit more expensive with great reviews by professionals) today and have been wearing both. I tried walking a little. My new one says my heart rate is 135 bpm while this one says 91 bpm. I will do a few more tests throughout the day when I need a break from work, but I already kind of knew that this is not reliable.When I bought this smartwatch, I really wanted to monitor my heart rate and maybe count my steps. I wasn't very invested in fitness. Only a little interested in adopting a healthy lifestyle. Now that I have been much more committed to it, I think it's time to say goodbye to this smartwatch.UPDATE: 12/11/2022, From 3 Stars to 1 StarThe watch no longer tracks my heart rate at all. The sleep tracking has been unreliable for at least a couple of weeks. The step counter is the only thing that seems to be working. This is a really cheap smartwatch, but it's disappointing that it has declined in its performance so rapidly. I guess it's just a typical Chinese product - works great for the first few weeks to get positive customer reviews, and stops working quickly.UPDATE: 11/22/2022, From 5 Stars to 3 StarsI have been using this watch every day since I got it. It was great initially, but I started to notice declines in performance. For example, it loses sleep, activity, and heart rate data randomly and sometimes it backfills itself but I won't get the data fully back - there are still days of data missing that used to be recorded on the app. It no longer receives notifications for emails and calls (I don't know about other notifications because I have only had calls and emails notifs on). I see that other reviewers were saying that the battery life was great, but mine usually lasts for 2-3 days. I wonder if it's because of Bluetooth being always on to send the data to the app, but I'm not very impressed. At this price point, I guess this was expected.Original Review:I've been using this for a few days and I like it a lot. It was easy to set up with the app, and it charges quickly. I bought this to monitor my heart rate because I have somewhat frequent heart palpitations especially when I'm stressed out. In addition to seeing a cardiologist, I think the ability to monitor how my heart is doing is great. Sleep tracking seems accurate enough, too, which makes me feel more conscious of my overall health. Since this is my first smartwatch to own, so I don't know if it's really good in comparison to other smartwatches, but so far, I'm not disappointed and glad that I got this. It's really nice to have a reminder on my wrist to take better care of my health!

Please don't buy this watch. No after sales service is available. I bought this watch in March 24. In july 24. Ir doesn't work and also not charging. When contact fitpolo they said you have not buy through our shop. You bought it from some seller name. But I bought it only in Amazon. So it is waste of money to buy this product which cannot provide after sale service

The watch is perfect for me, Got a little obsessed with my sleep pattern though which is down to me and no fault with the watch.

Tolle Uhr mit leichter Bedienung. Einziger Makel, daß sie kein Kratzfestes Material als Screen hat- hab jetzt schon einen unschönen Kratzer darauf. Kann ich aber durchaus mit leben bei dem Preis^^Rest ist top

Ya llevo dos semanas con el reloj, y la verdad es que estoy contenta. Es un eloj para una vida normal, no para un deportista consumado. La batería, en función del uso que le des y la configuración que le pongas, dura semana y media aprox (yo uso todos los dias las funciones relativas al deporte).
