Says to not use more than 3 days straight, but it's the only thing that helps me breathe at night. Love the moisturizing formula, it doesn't sting or dry out my nose like the original.

This is the only nose spray that works for my daughter. Steroid sprays made her nose worse and other brand non steroid sprays were not as effective.

Besides White China, this is some of the worse things you could put up your nose. But it does the job. It lets me sleep. It gives me relief while I hunt in the sage brush. It clears my nasal passage for enough time that I can get the chores done on my property. My ENT says I’m destroying my sinuses but nothing he has prescribed has helped and says I don’t need a second surgery. So Vicks it is!
