Awesome Ice Cream Maker Attachment for Cuisinart Standmixer
I LOVE THIS THING! I work at a high school and I brought it in to make ice cream with my students. It is so easy to use, it makes the perfect amount of ice cream, you clean it the way you would clean any other bowl so it's super easy and the ice cream tastes amazing - no freezer burn! The size of the bowl itself is so awesome although it is a bit annoying to carry my stand mixer into work.

Good little ice cream maker, very simple to clean and use.
This ice cream maker works great, makes ice cream in about 20 minutes but the portion is a bit small. If its for one person, then I think the portion would be just fine but you may have to make several batches if for more than one. I used this often when we first got it and it made really good tasting ice cream, much better than store bought, since I knew what the ingredients were and there were only a couple. As long as any toppings you want to add are broken into small pieces, they will mix in just fine. I keep my base in the freezer for a quick go to when I want something cold and refreshing.

This item will not do what it is designed to do
Do not buy this trash...I never write reviews, this thing cannot be used to stir anything thicker than water. The motor is pathetically weak, the paddle is flimsy and attaches to the motor poorly. About the only thing that does work is the frozen dish, which easily gets the "cream" frozen before the motor can make a single turn and bog down. Most of the others I've seen look crummy, but don't be fooled by this one, which looks well-built enough, but is just hiding the garbage "working" parts.

Be sure to follow directions, or it won't get thick.
Didn't turn out well for the first try. Second try was good. Don't put too much vanilla in it; it's alcohol. Perfect size for 2-4 people after dinner dessert.

It’s ok
Works fairly well but even though the container is frozen, the ice cream isn’t hard enough to eat right away. You need to wait at least 4 hrs to eat

Good ice cream maker
Has special liquid inside to freeze , would recommend leaving in freezer for 2 days , easy to clean too.

Flimsy!
This arrived packaged as though it had been used. Tried it anyway, & the paddle keeps falling out & the lid doesn't stay on securely no matter how hard I try to lock it, made a huge mess, twice! I think something is defective w/ it. Other than that, it did turn the mix into a soft-serve icecream (20 min) w/ the very bottom layer almost frozen solid & sticking to the ottom 7 sides.Honestly, spend a bit more money and get a better unit as this is flimsy, and difficult to pour the mix into and just not worth the effort beings that it is so small which is what I thought I wanted but it is a bit too small in my opinion.
