The gimble is working just fine and I am getting my hands accustomed to the device, maybe a little drawback being that maybe since this was a replacement of the original Device which got lost whilst intransit, I did not get the protective bag and the colour coded filters and the hand strap as was on the original piece that I had bought. Otherwise it is well. Improvements should be on deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays.

I've historically been a DJI fan, but the features of this gimbal made me take the leap of faith. Im glad I did. It works great with my Samsung S25 Ultra. I record video content with the gimbal and phone, and it does a fantastic job. The AI tracking module does a good job, but does take a minute to fully comprehend how to setup. The fill lights are a game changer, I dont think I could go back to even the newest DJI mobile model after using this.

To start off with, the counter balance just beeps whenever its in need of assistance getting the weight sorted out, then it turns off - which can make it seem as if the product lost battery when it didn't. As well, the "AI" tracking module isn't very efficient, using quite a lot of battery when in my opinion it would've been better off an individually powered unit with a USB C for charging, or charging built into the carrying case for a bit more money. As well both this, the charging speed and the supported weight are all better on the Hohem competition - but I picked this unit for its better reliability, even if only by a margin. It's taken a lot to get used to, and improvements such as the aforementioned or increasing motor speed would help tremendously with a future unit, but I'd say it was a good investment - at least while it's still functioning. Fingers crossed mine doesn't end up like some other reviews have indicated for the price.

I am a beginner, but I am enjoying the quality and ease of use.

complicated in use ,i must use the program with it , i have higher than the specifications of the program in terms of camera performance , some of features in program you must pay , i did not like the device and it is not practical for me.

I was having issues with the original gimbal I received, but I contacted the seller, and they replaced the gimbal with a new one which appears to be working correctly. This gimbal is really cool and pairs easily with my Android phone. Once you figure out how to use it, it really helps level up your video shots.
