Putting Mirror Trainer and Alignment Gate

This is an excellent product. There are multiple inch settings so you can widen or narrow the space the putter must go through to hit the golf ball. Also comes with a gate you can place at any distance you want in front of the ball to check your alignment and see if you are putting the ball straight. Finally, the mirror is instant accurate feedback as to where your head and eyes are in the setup, backswing, and follow through. My stroke basics have greatly improved!

In short, I love it! I’ve been using the two tee gate drill for a little while and it has helped my putting massively. Having this has allowed me to use that drill in the comfort of my own home. I’m getting to the point where I can put the gates at putter width (hard to do) which is helping my path immensely. That in itself has kept me doing it almost every single day instead of only when I can get out to the course. The little arch gate you get with this is also helping me control the putter face which I’d say is about the most important as the ball starts on the angle the face is pointed. Getting the ball to start on line is growing my confidence on the greens! I love this training aid. Well done Puttout, well done!

I am actually a very good putter, but was looking for a training device that could take me to the “excellent” level. Reviewed many putting mirror products, but for whatever reason never pulled the trigger on a purchase until this one. I first saw it on a Mark Crossfield video and decided to track it down. It’s the dead of winter where I am located so I haven’t had an opportunity to take it out to a practice green, but what I like about it is as follows: eyeline mirror so I can be sure to set my eyes over the golf ball, small nubs on the back of the mirror so it won’t move unnecessarily, adjustable magnetic “gates” that train you to keep the putter on line, very sturdy mirror that will fit inside my golf bag, an additional aiming gate that you can set up away from the mirror to improve your aim and you can also use to visually set up the mirror to see your set up from multiple angles. It’s early, but so far...no drawbacks or negatives. It’s not the end all to improve your putting, but it will definitely help. Thanks!

Ultimately, this is a good product my review is to help shed light on certain things people might not think about before making this purchase. So I bought an 8ft putting mat and this mirror. It’s a great idea but not really ideal on carpet flooring. It’s really hard to determine if I pushed/pull a shot because the carpet creates an already uneven surface. I recommend using the putting mat on hardwood flooring. You also can’t keep the mirror in place with the tee holes if indoors unless you poke holes through your putting mat. So you might have to readjust the mirror each time you accidentally hit the magnetic guides. This is best used outside on a putting green. Also, one thing to notice is that during your putting stroke, unless you have the magnetic guide to its widest settings, you could feel a slight magnetic pull on your putter. Otherwise you hardly feel it. Not sure how this could affect the quality of practice though.

I owe this seller an apology. I left them negative feedback upon receiving my PuttOut Mirror. The basis of my complaint was that the mirror was not new and I paid a premium price for a premium product. Upon closer examination, there is a film over the mirror that made it appear to be a used item. After removing the film, it was obvious that it was brand new.That being said ...There are many putting mirrors on the market. 99% of them are less expensive than the Puttout Mirror. But the game changer here are the gates that help discipline your stroke to stay square. You can not make a putt unless the face of your putter is square at impact.Repetition of a solid stroke is the key to success on the green. The mirror allows you to make sure proper set up and alignment become second nature when you go through your pre-shot routine. Then the magnetic guides teach you to keep the putter face square at impact. The Puttout Putting Mirror insures that your technique is repeatable, and your practice time is productive.If you truly are serious about improving your performance on the green, this is the training device that will make a difference.The Puttout Putting Mirror is not an inexpensive item. But it is a very wise investment in your golf game.

The quality of this tool was obvious the moment you take it out the box. Sturdy feel with really good quality materials which work well inside and outside.When I used it fir the first time I instantly got the feedback I was standing with my eyes way past the ball. I practiced with it a few times and have been able to take what I’ve learned straight out onto the course. I’m already putting better but can go back to the the putting mirror to confirm I’m still in the right place.I’d recommend it to anybody.

The concept is great, with the magnetic guides and putting gate. However, after just a few uses (3 days and less than 50 putts) there were some scratches and the black alignment markings started to disappear. The description says "Putting mirror has a glossy, anti-scratch surface printed with simple marking and guidelines". I am hoping that I just received a defective unit. I have contacted the company and will provide an update shortly.Update: PuttOUT replied to me within minutes and are addressing the issue. I will provide a second update shortly.Update 2: Update 2: Excellent customer service. They already fixed my issues. Updated my rating to 5 stars. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.
