Great products
Great electrolytes but I need a higher strength as I suffer badly with cramp in my calfs taking these my favourite flavour was the watermelon perfect for anyone who doesn't suffer from cramp I have to take salt electrolyte tablets on top so I don't get cramp, they do have a salty taste to them which isn't overpowering in my honest opinion they are a fantastic product.

Great for post run headaches
I sweat ALOT when I go running in the evenings and kept waking up the next morning with a bad headache. I take one of these after my run and goodbye running hangover headache! I didn’t need a tonne of extra vitamins and unnecessary ingredients so I like that these contain the basics for what you need. After doing my own research on the best electrolytes for sweaty people, it recommended those with a high sodium content (500-1000) - these were one of the few that achieved this content level. Pricey but worth it for a clean, effective form of hydration after exercise and for extra sweaty people like myself!

Salty but does the job
These are much saltier than other salts I've tried, HOWEVER, they seem to have better ingredients. When I drink them I still feel thirsty but I don't feel dehydrated. It's a weird feeling, but it works.

Good
Nice taste once I'd diluted it to the maximum.

Training Necessity!!
Really enjoying using these Puresport Electrolytes! They’re super handy and so easy to use – I’ve stashed a few sachets in my bag so I can just grab one for a bike ride, run, or gym session. The raspberry flavour’s got that nice fruity hit with a salty edge, and it mixes perfectly with water – I’ve found 800ml is the sweet spot. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed way better performance and zero cramps, even on brutal assault bike sessions. They’ve basically become a staple for me now, and I can see this being a regular monthly order. Can’t wait to work my way through all the flavours and see which one becomes my go-to!

Great branding, poor quality product
I don't understand the other 5star reviews - I bought these based on the comments on Amazon and I have to say they are poor quality in comparison to the brand I was previously using The taste is ok however the quality is poor imo - I don't feel hydrated at all where as I always felt the benefit when using a different brand. Maybe spend less on the fancy packaging / branding and more on the ingredients Expensive and a waste of money

Hydration made simple
I’ve been using Pure Sport Electrolytes for about eight months now, and they’ve become a daily essential for me. I’m quite active and always on the go, so staying hydrated is a constant priority. One of the biggest things I love about Pure Sport is the individually packaged servings, they’re so convenient. I can just grab one in the morning, throw it in my bag, and add it to my water during the day. They dissolve easily without clumps, and there’s no weird aftertaste. I’ve tried the Raspberry Salt, Lime Citrus, and Watermelon flavours, and honestly, they’re all great. Raspberry Salt is my everyday go-to because it’s refreshing without being too sweet, but on warmer days, I love switching to Watermelon for something lighter and fresher. I’ve tried other electrolyte products before, but many were either too sweet, artificial tasting, or just inconvenient. Pure Sport feels clean, tastes great, and most importantly, I really notice the difference. Since using them regularly, I’ve had more steady energy, and I just feel better overall, like my hydration levels are genuinely where they should be.

Too salty
Akin to the Dead Sea I understand how electrolytes work and normally tolerate hydration sachets and tablets without any issue. Unfortunately, these were extremely intense. Anyone with even the mildest sensitivity to salt may want to avoid them. I tried several times to get through the packet, including using less than a third of a sachet, but each attempt resulted in a significant stomach ache and a dull headache that lasted into the following day.
