| Coverage | SFIXX® Flexicoat is a water-based liquid rubber that can be applied by paintbrush, roller, or squeegee. Once applied, it stays permanently flexible and is over-paintable with any type of paint, including water-based. Ideal for repairing asphalt roofing, wet rooms, fish ponds, pools, sheds and more. Flexicoat is 100% VOC-free, so will not harm aquatic life when used on a fish pond. As Flexicoat is water-based, the brushes can be simply washed clean with water and used again.
