The sound is loud enough, the font is clear, the buttons feel good, and the keyboard is my favorite. It is easy to use and the battery is durable. It is easy to operate. It is also a good choice for the elderly.

The product came next day which is brilliant as I needed this due to my main phone being fixed. In the box you will receive the phone, a charging brick, cable and cradle to help with this. Also you will receive paper work and a screwdriver (as the back is screwed in). Finally the paperwork which also includes the warranty. The Blackview N1000 also offers two sim card slots and an SD Card slot. This phone offers WIFI, 4G, VolTe, Internet, and apps such as Youtube, FB, and Google. No WhatsApp as KaiOS has removed this. The feel of the phone is great, its lightweight and is very fast. Calls are clear to hear which is a bonus. Seems durable too. Great it has predictive text, which helps with the T9 keyboard. The buttons are responsive and clicky. - 100% recommend! - Great tool if you want to ditch your smartphone!

Owned the previous 2G model BV1000 which was simple and quick, fairly small and solid. This 4G version is a fair bit bigger, has 4G, Wifi and basic apps. Its not very intuitive with basic settings hidden away in the menus, and its not clear how to navigate them with the keyboard, so you end up inadvertently selecting the wrong things and having to start over. Its also slow. The worst thing of all is every app you open has random ads displaying either as a small banner or full screen which was the final straw and why it was returned. Big step backwards from the old 2G model, shame as they are very solidly built and the keys are quite nice.
