Very Impressed! Easy to setup.
I was between the Orion X7 and the Luba mower. I decided on the Orion based off reviews and capabilities the Orion offers. I needed a mower that could manage a small hill in my backyard, but also manage different areas of my yard since it has several “islands” of grass.First off, I received the mower 2 days after ordering! It took about 2 hours for me to install. I followed the directions in the app, and I couldn’t figure out how to connect the robot to the internet, so I watched their YouTube video “Sunseeker ORION X7: Step-by-Step Installation Guide” (SUPER helpful). Setting up mowing zones was very easy, and I LOVE how it mows in rows.It looks like Sunseeker pushes updates frequently in their app, so I am excited to see what other options are going to be available. So far, obstacle avoidance has worked perfectly (we always have a ball or some toy in the yard). RTK was easy to connect to. Cuts almost my whole yard in one charge, but I also have a mix of grasses and the hill which will obviously use more battery to navigate.Overall, very impressed. I like how they put their dealer info on their website so if there are any issues, I can call them for a quicker response. It is very quiet, I hardly realize it is even there. Being in the South, I am SO happy I don’t have to mow in 95 degree weather anymore! Recommending to all my friends and family!

Beware of advertisements of ease of use and successful results.
Watched the UPS driver drop the box onto a gravel driveway and dragged the mower twenty yards to the door consequently destroyed the box. I did my home work prior to purchasing Sunseeker robotic mower, what I failed to recognize any support for the product comes from China not from the advertised home office in South Carolina making conversations regarding setup difficult. language differences made tech support nonexistent. The setup and installation of apps were difficult and when attempted use began the mower failed to mow and deviated from the programmed track and the blades failed to turn. I returned the X7 within a few days to Amazon. I wanted to brag about the Sunseeker and I am disappointed it didnt work as advertised.

Nice to have the new mower!
I've been using it for a few days, and it's done a great job on my lawn—the finish looks perfect.This auto robot lawn mower is totally new to me. I used to use a regular lawn mower and a string trimmer, but they took up way too much time. I need more time to focus on my writing.The mapping process is simple, and I made some adjustments in the app, like the schedule and cutting mode. It even has a night mode, which I really appreciate.I had a few questions about the app settings, but luckily, the support team was very helpful over the phone.Now, I finally have the spare time to do what I love.My friends are interested in it, too. If you value your time and want a lawn that always looks freshly cut with nice lines, you should get this. Let’s see how it performs over time.

Amazing Machine and Customer Service - App and signal was finicky for my area
I will say the mower itself is fantastic. It is worth trying. It climbs slopes like a champ! The little grooves on the back combs the grass as it mows. I found that really neat and unexpected.I did have some challenges with getting a signal. It seems that it depends on the time of day for it to get a clear signal or not. I'm assuming this is due to me not mounting this on my roof.I reached out to customer service because of this and they were amazing! Best customer service I've run into in awhile and you can tell they truly care about their customers and their product. They even offered to send someone out to help get me going! Who does that these days?The app/software is a bit of a challenge. However, once you set it up, it's done. :)The good:- Super quiet- Cool looking- Makes a nice lawn tracks- Eats slopes for breakfast- Navigates obstacles well.- Amazing Customer Service.The not-so-good:-Signal drops. I didn't mount it on the roof, so perhaps that is why? I live in an HOA, so this wasn't an option for me.-The setup isn't as intuitive as I hoped.- You have to move your sprinklers daily. Not a flaw in the product, just a fact I had not considered. I have new sod and have to water daily.Again, the machine itself is nice and worth trying. I ended up returning it because of the connection & issue before Amazon's return policy ran out. I will purchase again from this company in the future based on their amazing customer service and such a promising product. I will likely need to go for their wired one due to my location and HOA and I wouldn't hesitate based on how cool this machine is.

Great product great support!
I purchased the Orion 7 about 3 weeks ago.While this is a new product and Sunseeker and there are a few things that can be improved from an app UX, they have been INCREDIBLY responsive to my questions and requests.I love the all-wheel drive 3-wheel design!! It is perfect for navigating the tight curves in my lawn and avoiding getting stuck. I also really like that the primary wheels are in the front. It does very well climbing over curbs and navigating my terrain.I have already seen software improvements added during my 3 weeks of ownership. There are a few things I think could be improved in terms of scheduling mowing times etc., but in every case there has been a simple work around and I have no doubt they will continue to improve the app experience.

Great customer service!I bought this lawn mower robot and wasn’t quite sure how to set it up at first. Thankfully, I reached out to their support team. They patiently answered all my questions about adjusting the settings and syncing the app, providing clear guidance and practical tips to get the most out of the mower. The lawn mower robot works wonderfully, and the excellent customer service makes it even better. You’ll be well taken care of!
