It looks much bigger in the photos than in person. There was a couple of small scuff marks upon unboxing but overall I'm very happy with the purchase. There wasn't anything that made it non functional.It comes in panel pieces that you put together. I am female, 40 years old and was able to put the frame together by myself.I didn't expect top grade for the price & you absolutely get your money's worth. It is flimsy at first but i added extra screws to secure it a bit more. What I love most is the bridges & hidy boxes. It is great for a couple of cats and I feel it's a wonderful thing to get for your cats so they can enjoy the pleasures of the outdoors. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, keep your babies secure. If you're looking for a valuable and safe way to do that, this a great choice, however if you're looking for durability and lots of space I would consider paying more and having a pro build you one. For me personally, it's perfect and I may buy another one or get the luxury playground with several walkways bc I have a rescue and a lot of cats. Not for more than two grown cats in my opinion. Too many defects. Wood is cracked in different places. The wire mess isn't on correctly. Missing staples. Flimsy. Very dissapointed is this prouduct. Shame on you amazon for allowing such cheap products to be sold . I have asked for an assembly manual several times and nothing has been sent. I'm thinking I can repair the wood and fix it bit without a manual it's difficult since all the panels look the same

Adding this product to my Facebook account this product is not worth the money that people are paying for it the wood is very cheap and flimsy and it's a product that will not last you for the over $600 you are paying for it please look at other products before buying this one

Cats love it . It takes awhile to put together but once together seems very sturdy and looks nice too.

The wood is way too thin. Not strong enough to hold a small branch fallen from a tree (SMALL) if you push it a little you can actually break it. Price too high for this easy to break catio. Would not recommend it unless if you’re gonna have it in a garage or enclosed area.Assembly was kind of easy but need to be very careful to avoid breaking the thin wood frames.

This cat enclosure is very good once put together. Our cat loves to sit out in it on warm days and sunbathes. It is a little difficult to put together and the wood is very light, so I do not know how it will hold up in the long run. We bought a tarp to keep the wood dry.

My kitty clan loves this catio. They use it every day.
