I love this product! The Willow Portable Breast Milk Cooler has been a game-changer for me as a working mom who’s always on the go. Its sleek, water-bottle-like design is not only discreet but also super practical, fitting perfectly in my car’s cup holder and the Willow Pump Anywhere Bag. With a 16 oz capacity, it easily holds milk from 3-4 pumping sessions, and it truly keeps the milk cold all day—up to 24 hours below 59°F, just as promised, meeting CDC and ABM guidelines. The stainless steel construction feels durable, and I appreciate the non-toxic gel ice pack built into the lid, which keeps things mess-free without needing extra ice. It’s also TSA-compliant, making travel a breeze, and being dishwasher-safe (except for the ice pack) makes cleanup simple.The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a pour spout. Transferring milk can be a bit tricky without one, especially when I’m in a rush. I’ve also heard some users mention issues with the ice pack cracking if not frozen properly, but I’ve had no problems so far by following the 8-12 hour freezing instructions.

I love this. I exclusively pump and pour my milk right into this after every overnight pump. It saves me from having to get up and walk to the kitchen multiple times. It stays cold all night and it super easy to use and clean. It is also a great price compared to similar items. It works great, I would 100% recommend.

I loved everything about this cooler at first. Until after around two weeks of using it the internal ice pack part started to crack. It was a small crack at first but quite quickly spread and was soon unusable. I thought maybe it was just a faulty cooler so I purchased a new one same willow brand. And the same exact thing happened. Less than a couple weeks and it cracked and soon spread to be unusable. I wouldn’t waste your money on this product because it will most likely just break within a week or so.

I love it honestly so easy to use and how big the rim is perfect for when I clean it and not expensive at all and it’s pink come on I have not had any issues with it so that’s a plus

Thermos is great and keeps the milk cold. The sleek design is nice as well. I use it for work to keep my milk cool all while also picking my son up from day care. It also fits great in the car and travels well. I debated between this cooler and the Momcozy one, but the price of this one made me go with it and overall I have found it to be a great purchase at a great price. I was extremely disheartened to find the ice pack cracked on day 2 of using the thermos. I still used it, as the ice crack wasn't too bad and there was nothing leaking from the ice pack, but today when I took the ice pack out of the freezer, it looked like the picture. Exchanging the product was super simple, though and I should get my new one tomorrow!

I feel the design of the cup could be better. Tops are difficult to screw on and like many others have said, my ice pack cracked less than a month into using it. It does keep the milk cold but that was about the only good thing. There are definitely better products that perform well out there on the market. I have already switched to the Boon Frosh and love it!
