I wanted to buy a basic model phone with JUST calling feature & no show-shaw. And that was for my mom and I found this wonderful piece. I used to prefer Nokia for basic model phones, as they are robust in nature and did purchase Nokia 220 earlier for my grandmother. The phone was good enough but the voice clarity was not up to the mark having spent 2500/- :( So I did more research this time and found this "little" black beauty ! Its sooo small and lightweight that it feels like there is no battery in it. But it is lighter even with battery (removable) in it. The call clarity is CRYSTAL clear ! And moreover, the phone keypad has back-light, that makes numbers/alphabets on it to glow in dark (see image attached). This feature really helps to make calls even during dark without any difficulty. An alarm is another feature, that I wanted so that I can set reminders for my mom to take her medicines on time :) (this basic function is anyway available in all mobiles these days). And most importantly guyz, the 'Quick call feature' is very much useful. Excluding #1, you can assign one phone number per digit starting from #2 to #9 on this mobile. So, when a specific digit is long pressed, an outgoing call gets initiated to the phone number which you assign to that particular digit (so there is no need to type the number or go through phone book to search for contact) This is helpful for frequently used phone number like family members contacts. Built-in torch is a bonus but don't expect much from it, its brighter not brightest, after all no phone is 100% perfect and this one is nearly 100% perfect. Overall, if you are looking for a phone with just calling and messaging features and NO MP3, Radio,dual sim etc, then go for this before it goes out of stock.

The products received is a defective as it does not switch on even after charging it for an hour. Reached out to the customer care for the assistance and to my weird experience the leadership team guy Named Ali says me to wait till 1 week to get a replacement product and he can do nothing to deliver the product though i requested for replacement in 4days. I have requested to deliver product to the Madhapur location but they denied saying that they cannot do that as it will take time. Other weird and the worst experience was that the guy said me to take the piece to the nearest Service center to make it work. If i had to move to the service center why do i need to buy it on Amazon site and make my life hell with the defective piece and the useless customer service. I wanted the call to be escalated to the higher management and the wonderful customer team denied saying they cannot transfer the call and everyone in the team would do the same as what he is doing and he says no point in transferring the call to higher management. Is it the kind of assistance does amazon provide to its valuable customers who believe it more than any other retailer. If the company has to grow in number of customers and the base in an country, firstly it should think of the unhappy customers and what can be done to make them happy. Amazon team cannot take extra step to deliver the replacement product for the unhappy customers. If someone from the higher management can give a call. Worried, irritated, dissatisfied customer who had a good opinion on the amazon. Really i appreciate the customer service for giving the best advise that i need to visit the service center. Hats off Amazon for such a great team that make the customers annoyed.
