Cruising in style
The bike was easy to assemble it took me a little bit to figure out how to work the cruise but after I figured out it was an absolute Joy I am 100% satisfied with this product and I recommend it to anybody who needs to travel I just want to Have Fun thank you very much and the bike route arrived on time sooner than I thought.thanx

Bad battery
I have had th e bike for 2 months and on my way to work it suddenly died, battery was charged but pretended it didn't have a charge, it only had about 500 miles on it give or take and that's not really a lot, especially compared to my other one that I had which has 3000+ only had to replace because it got busted, wouldn't recommend this bike now

Does not have working brakes, amongst other major issues
Brakes do not stop the bike, even after adjusting all sorts of screw and nuts on the braking mechanism. The throttle does not work unless the pedal assist is disabled. The pedal assist does not work unless the throttle is disabled. The battery easily comes out while going over small bumps, even when locked into place with the key. Pedal, chain, and gear selector assembly do not sit flush with any components and it rattles like crazy and there is a ton of friction on the chain.Only positive about this bike is that they managed to not forget to include two wheels.

very satisfied.
I was anticipating a so so buke for the money but this is actually a very nice bike. As a first time E-Bike owner, it's better than I expected and much easer to put together than I anticipated. has enough power to get my 140lb kid up the steep hills around my house without any trouble and still get him into town and back ( about 6 miles each way ) with battery to spare. Best part is I finally got him something that gets him off his computer and out in the real world to hang out with his friends Offline.
