I’m glad I gave this product a try! My doctor recommended it, and I was intrigued by the cold therapy feature since it seemed like a great alternative to the usual ice-packing routine. Even though the reviews weren’t as high as some other ankle stabilizers and the price was lower, I was pleasantly surprised — the comfort and performance far exceeded my expectations. It offers excellent stabilization and is by far the most comfortable option I’ve found, no matter the posture. I’ve tried two other products, but this one quickly became my favorite for its balance of comfort and support. I even bought a second one so I can easily swap out the cold pack, saving me the hassle of holding ice packs in place. Another bonus — after the cold therapy, the pack naturally warms up, turning into a gentle warm treatment that boosts circulation and helps bruises fade faster. I even wear it to bed because it’s that comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

I wore this for a month straight after I found out I had a stress fracture in my ankle and it helped a lot with extra support. Pro tip, put it in the freezer for a little bit and then put it on. It feels so good and I'm sure helps with inflammation even more. Fit great and never came undone with the velcro.

Received this today as my doctor suggested I get one in order to help with a sprained ankle. The idea is to eliminate or reduce the tendency of the ankle to move laterally. I've got it on right now, and I'm pretty sure it will REDUCE the movement, but in no way will it eliminate the lateral movement. It is not uncomfortable to wear, but it IS a little difficult to put on and get properly adjusted.

This was good for support coming out of a walking boot. Good quality. Unfortunately doesn't fit in shoes easily and slides around. Easy to use. Needs a thinner design around the shoe insert p

Not as supportive or tight for petite people. Super cheaply made, the Velcro adhesive literally melted off so the whole thing was constantly falling apart. Not comfortable to wear with a shoe or really at all. Felt like it made my ankle hurt worse if anything. Ended up just going back to an ACE wrap.

I fell and broke the tip of a bone in my ankle. I purchased this and wore it due to the boot being to bulky. It’s slender and the Velcro was easy to use.
