One bud stopped working after 1 month

My son stopped using them after a week. The noise cancelling doesn't work. They are hard to use. They don't stay in his ears. If you lose one, they are useless and there's no phone app attached.

Giving 3 stars as the ambient mode doesn't work, which is the main reason I bought it. There's virtually no difference if you turn it on. Sound quality is great.

sound always good , response and recontnect feel slow, more comfortable then first gen. For $20 is ok.

Por el precio son una muy buena opcion calidad-precio y son comodos, en cuanto a sonido estan genial, solo que la aplicacion de Creative para el sonido espacial no tiene incluido este modelo en el catalogo
