I have tried a few different brands of pills to the for my enlarged prostate but this one has definitely been the best one

I've been taking two capsules in the evening, and I can confidently say my urine flow has improved, and my frequent urination symptoms have decreased by at least 40%. While it’s not as effective as tamsulosin hydrochloride. However, the high doses of Saw Palmetto, Pygeum Africanum, and other ingredients are working well for my BPH. An added bonus is that Saw Palmetto has noticeably increased my semen quality and quantity. The only downside is the price and the fact that there are only 60 capsules per bottle, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. However, given the effectiveness, I will definitely be purchasing again.
