Disappointed
I got the desk and upon setting it up and connecting it all, I realised the the USB and the USBC slot is not working. Its too hard to now pack this and return as its heavy and I have thrown the boxes. I have tried to contract Customer Services and am not getting any support. Can anyone call me please?

Fantastic, height adjusting desk - easy to build
The media could not be loaded. I'll be honest, I panicked a little after ordering this - I wasn't sure how easy it would be to put together lol. Thankfully, it comes with very clear instructions and easy to sort pieces - it even includes a screwdriver and 2 Allen keys.It took myself and my husband about 40 mins to put it together - it's surprisingly easy and well organised. The desk is absolutely fantastic. I ordered it for my teenage daughters bedroom and she's thrilled to bits with it. There's easy to use buttons to the front that electrically control the height - settings 1 and 2 take the desk straight to the highest/lowest settings, whilst the arrows do all heights in-between.It hardly makes any noise when adjusting the height and the movement is nice and smooth. The desk looks very smart when built - it's very sturdy with a nice, clean finish. It's a really good large size too.Cable ties are also included for tidying up the cables.Another wonderful bonus of this desk is the built-in electrical ports - this in theory is like an extension that fits and screws into the desk top, however it's very handy and contains 2 plug sockets, 1 USB A port and a USB C port. There's also 2 concealed holes in the table for threading cables through if needed. You do need 2 available power outlets in order to use the desk to the full - one to power the height and a second for the built-in power sockets. I suppose in theory, if you're short on plug sockets, you could always plug the desk into itself lol.The desk arrives very compactly packaged - the top of the desk is in 3 parts, so this keeps the package quite small. It is however, very, very heavy! I couldn't lift it on my own and it needed both myself and my husband to carry it. This is no doubt because some of the metal parts of the legs contain various mechanisms and contain most of the weight. On the whole I couldn't be happier - it's a fantastic looking desk of excellent quality, plus it was a nice, easy build too :)

Great desk!
The media could not be loaded. Being a tall person, I've often found that most desks just aren't quite the right height for me. And in fact, the one I'd been using until now, I had to remove the drawers from underneath it because they obstructed my legs! With this one from Joiscope, however, I can set it to exactly the right height. And I don't even have to fiddle about with putting pegs in holes - I can just press a button, and the desk does it itself... as long as it's plugged in, of course! (It's very quiet, too.) Brilliant!I really like the integral power strip, with both plug sockets and USB ports (do note that this has to be routed to a regular plug socket on the wall or floor). I'm also a fan of the headphones hook on the side. It may seem a trivial thing but it's one less item cluttering up my work area! The one thing I found disappointing is that the desk top is in several pieces, and must be assembled. This of course, results in seams, which, while not entirely glaringly obvious, do nevertheless detract from the overall aesthetic. Still, that is a minor quibble for something that is otherwise a great desk. It's very easy and quick to put together - it took me around half an hour - and once assembled, the desk is very solid and sturdy. All of the required parts were not only present but clearly labelled, too, and the manual was very easy to follow. At the time of reviewing, this desk costs £149.99, which I feel is a very good price. I can definitely recommend it.

Flat pack heaven.
The media could not be loaded. I will break this review down into two, firstly the desk. Very sturdy with a good range of height adjustment and very quiet and smooth in operation. All components are well made and nicely finished. Secondly the assembly, this is fairly complex and recommends two people to assemble it. I managed on my own, the instructions are logical and comprehensive and easy to follow, the only slight discrepancy was on page 15 of the instructions when it refers to grub screws as 'gong nails' but still obvious on what needed doing. All of the components and fixings are clearly labelled, the screws are very good quality and there is at least one extra of each. Even the two allen keys and the screwdriver which are provided are good quality. An excellent desk at a very good price.

Good quality, poor instructions.
The build quality is amazing, supports everything I need it to and looks nice. However, the instructions are poorly translated and not every item is given a number. Meaning the instructions will refer to number 5 for example, but there will be no item labelled 5.
