Very nice product.. The video provided in package is very helpful. Just check out on AAA batteries slot, initially received one had issue, amazon sent me replacement one and it works fine,.

Many of the remote buttons have stopped working or work after pressing very hard or after pressing multiple time. Also, many times a popup comes up saying that the remote is updating and will take 1 to 2 mins but that popup does not go away and we have to keep pressing back button multiple times for that popup to go away. The remote needs to be replaced under warranty.

Within one month of usage only the volume and power buttons are working rest of the buttons are not responding A very very bad substandard quality product so the company is not giving any warranty on the product

My child has an onn. Roku tv in his room. This kid carries his remote all over the house and inevitably loses it all the time. The last time we were not able to find his remote. No tellin where it is. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Skeptically, I ordered this one on Amazon and knew when it arrived, I would have to program this thing and not being an expert at anything electronics, I figured it wouldn’t work. This remote was the EASIEST replacement I could have found. I just put the two AAA batteries, pointed at his tv, pressed the power button, AND THE TV TURNED ON! I didn’t have to get on the internet and try to figure out what code to use to program anything. It turned on and was ready to use! Now, I guess I need to search for a GPS Tracking device for this remote or I’ll be back in this same situation within a few weeks. Great replacement remote. thanks

Got a piratically new 24" ONN Roku TV for under twenty dollars at a Goodwill, but it had no remote, and they did not wipe the previous owners account. So I needed to get one for this purpose. The remote worked right out of the box. I did have to buy some dollar store batteries cause they'll not provide any (no issue though.) So I was finally able to do a factory reset on the set and remove her & her son's personal info, and it does make it easier to operate the TV as well (mostly use it as a monitor anyway).

This remote is infrared so it was easy to set up with my TV. It doesn’t come with batteries so make sure you have 2 AAA batteries available. There was no issues getting it to work, it arrived quickly, and it was low on cost. Would buy again!

Purchased to replace a missing remote. Works well. Easy to use. Connected to our tv automatically.

The one that came with the TV wore out. Ordered a second one. Was laying in bed watching Murder She Wrote and some sort of flying creature dove at my head just as I was adjusting the volume and I flung the remote somewhere. Still haven't found it. Never found the flying creature in my bedroom either. Maybe it has the remote. Anyways, ordered another. Works fine. No recent attacks.
