Great product took out most of the pet urine and stain. The appearance of it was great and smelled amazing too. The bottle however is small so thankfully I got two.

This is the best cleaner I've found. I have 3 dogs and sometimes they have accidents inside. I dilute it with one part cleaner to 4 parts water and put it in a generic sprayer to use for spot cleaning. It works well in the carpet cleaner as well. It has cleaner, urine neutralizer, febreze odor neutralizer, and stain protector in one formula. I have it on subscribe and save so I never run out.

I tried several carpet shampoos to clean up after my Senior cat. I thought I was going to have to get rid of my carpet. Then I tried this. This stuff works! Got rid of stains AND smell. Couldn't believe how well it got the job done.

Our Jack Russell was recently sick and usually doesn't pee in his crate. On the rare occasion that he does he aims to go outside the crate so it isn't in his crate. It ended up on the carpet near the wall and it stunk. I bought this for my Bissell Big Green Machine carpet cleaner hoping it would work. I used the hand tool to get close to the base board and then used the machine over that. While it was drying you could smell the Febreze but could also kind of smell the urine smell. Now that it has totally dried you can't smell the urine at all. If you get down close to the carpet you can smell a very small amount of odor but it isn't bad. I am going to hit the carpet one more time with this cleaner and that should take care of any lingering odor. It also cleans the carpet really well. I was going to have someone come in and professional clean the carpet if this didn't work and am happy to say it DID work!
