Great product but the app isn’t available in Australia. If I’d known prior to purchasing I wouldn’t have bought it. Now I can’t get any replies from Thames & Kosmos support. They replied once to say they had to refer to another department, since then silence. And now too late to return it.

This was a great gift for our 10 year old! He enjoyed building it along with playing in the app to code and create for his robotic machine. Hours and hours of fun! Highly recommend!

An easy first robot/programming experience. Built it with a group of children ages 7 to 14. Instructions clear, app clear and worked right away. Took about 3 hours total over 2 days from opening the box to having it move. Very worth the price.

My 10 year old put this together himself in about 6-7 hours. He loves it. Definitely a great product.

UPDATE: Customer Support got back to me and are sending a new part. I have hope! The screws are tiny, and the pieces don't always fit together very well. I myself assembled it twice, and it still doesn't work. Reached out to customer support on Thames & Kosmos website, and have yet to hear back. Disappointing for sure.
