Update International (OP-16) 15 3/4" x 10 1/2" Oval Stainless Steel Platter

Nice restaurant quality. Heavy duty. Looks great and works well to help keep food hot. You can put a plate filled with food right on the grill to keep it hot until serving.

Purchased for a new office I am helping to set up. We use platters for meetings and this one was such a great price I thought I'd give it a try. It isn't heavy, but looks really nice and we are very happy with the purchase. Would do it again.

I don't believe these are real genuine stainless steel (although they -are- nonmagnetic and certainly not aluminum), I think they are made of some odd or uncommon variation on SS...but that said, they are very shiny, almost mirror-shiny and do look quite nice in a rather Spartan way...which suits me fine. Perhaps there is some kind of metal plating on them, removing the sticky labels from the bottom was difficult and left some strange marks which would never happen with 404 or other common stainless. I hope this does not mean there are heavy metal particles flaking off the surface, that is something I will be watching very closely. They are marked Made in India which generally indicates good quality on metalworking...at least they're not from China. We shall see.

Nice and very pretty, but hardly heavy weight. I don't think it would bend under anything you would normally put on it. However, it is nowhere near as sturdy as I expected.

I think this is the Mid size one.. I got 3 for Thanksgiving dishes a large, medium and smaller one for the Turkey & side dishes.. worked Great!! Inexpensive, looked nice, and durable stainless.

It looks propffessional, but you do get what you pay for. It is not of heavy stainless steele. But looks good and presentable for parties.

Nice platter, good size and shape. It did have one dark spot that looks like a flaw in the manufacture; but the price is right.

Nice sturdy platter for an average sized bird.
