Custom sign. Gift from a loved one. Couldn't be more happy!

I bought this as a gift and wondered if it would be made as I wanted regarding color, font, size, etc and I’m pleased to say that it did and it’s beautiful. I have purchased actual neon signs in the past and I can tell you that they break quite easily. They are also frustrating to get repaired as it costs about half of what they originally cost to buy. So to see that there’s a neon looking replacement, that is not so fragile (but you do need to use care,) was great. The price was so reasonable and the quality was superior. I love that you can adjust the brightness from very bright to quite low. There are functions to allow it to flash off and on but I’d prefer leaving it on steady. It isn’t extremely heavy either, which is another big difference from actual neon signs. My only disappointment was that the remote control had no battery with it. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but be aware if you order one you’ll need a CR2025. The delivery was very fast as well considering that this has to custom made. I have seen videos as to how these signs are made and I really like the way they chose to make their designs. It minimizes anything extra, such as wires, from being shown. I would definitely order again from this seller with complete confidence.

I couldn’t hang this up where I originally wanted to because the wire was only about 4 feet long. Thank God for my vanity mirror that has a charge port on the side that I could plug this into. If I didn’t have that, I literally wouldn’t be able to hang this up anywhere because it does not reach any of my outlets.

I customized this neon light for my impossible to buy for niece. Normally all she wants is a gift card, but it was a huge hit. Colors and font were exactly as ordered. We even got a seperate color for the heart. Shipping could have been faster, but arrived at the very end of the estimated shipping range.

Ordered two of these for me daughters for Christmas and they loved them . Super fast shipping and was very well packaged .

My daughter absolutely loved this, but it stopped working after a month and a half.

This item comes exactly as described and pictured. It is the cutest sign for my daughters room and is a fun playful pop. We love it!
