I purchased this power bank charger as it was recommended for the amount of charging power and embedded cables to charge multiple devices and it is the best one I ever bought. I subsequently ordered two more to replace the current ones in the house. Powerbank has enough power to charge multiple drives with one charge and charges very fast. Highly recommended for everyone in the household. And the company's customer service is best in class - very responsive, quick and helpful, making it easy! Worry-free after sales support and product warranties. This will be my go-to for gifting as well!

Every day where I work someone offers me more money for the one on my belt than I paid, so I get a new one. This has happened so many times I'm getting exhausted with this. I tell them to get it from Amazon, but this must have become some sort of standing joke by now and they keep coming.Are they good? Sure, they're excellent. I can get basically two charges for a large iPhone, and I just keep one clipped to my belt. I have like ten normal ones but these have the cables and they're small, so I barely know I have it. The previous ones filled my whole pocket. Of course I have an extra one in my pocket all the time when I go in, but by the time I leave, it's gone and I have to order a new one.Why can't these people just order their own?

I give this two stars only because I cannot clean it. I've tried alcohol, nail polish remover, cleanser, detergent, a brush, a scrub pad, magic eraser, etc., and nothing cleans the smudges off.After posting my review, the seller contacted me offering a replacement in black. I think it was shipped to me before I even replied. I love the soft pink color and would be very pleased if I just knew how to clean it; but I'm so very impressed with the customer service. The black one is perfect, even if it's not pretty. The seller commented that they were "looking into alternative materials" for the charger. So, I'd change my review to 5 stars based on customer service. I'd STILL like to know how to clean the pink one, though.

EDITED! After writing this review, reading other reviews, etc., I looked into changing the cord to charge the charger - and the cord that came with the charger was not working, and that was the problem. Once I changed to a different cord, not the one that came with the charger, the charger now charges quickly, and also charges my gizmos just as quickly. Changing my stars from 1 to 4. ALSO: the company reached out to me, and I appreciate their customer service! Old review is here: Charger worked for about 6 weeks; now it will not hold a charge at all. Seriously disappointed in this charger, I loved the idea of being able to charge my watch on it, its size, weight, etc., but it has not delivered all that was promised - that it would work. Live & learn, I guess. Return window is closed.

This product is great! I am a commuter college student and love taking trips so this is very practical since I can attach it to my bags. I love that it can charge both my phone and iPad for school and get a few charges before it needs to be recharged. Love it! I will probably end up buying more from this brand:)

Great charger. Works for both type Apple products and Apple Watch. Only down side is weight. It’s a little heavy but no heavier that other brands. It’s nice to not have to keep extra cords too. They’re all attached to the charger for great convenience

I love the product because I no longer have to walk around with a cord. I loved it so much, I came back and ordered a second one for my daughter.

**update:Customer service reached out and was really great and helpful. They offered me a replacement product which has been working great so far.Great concept, if it worked for more than a few weeks. Maybe used this a handful of times in the last month I’ve had this and it stopped working. Shows full battery but when you plug something in to charge and it shows it’s drained after only a few mins. Don’t waste the money.
