Good product.

I can't believe I didn't try these before! Seems accurate when checked against previous method. They are so much easier to use and take hardly any time at all! I am elderly and in not the best health, so these really help me. I'm very happy and plan to continue buying these time savers.

These are great! Easy to use and don't require any chemical/solution drops to test water conditions. It's at times a bit harder to decipher exactly what color the strip is reading in relationship to the color chart, however you definitely get the general idea. I'd imagine these would work well for earthquake preparedness testing water in an emergency as well... they probably make a kit for that as well that's more accurate, however I thought I'd mention it as these may be a convenient alternative in an emergency situation.NOTE: If you appreciated this review please give it a “thumbs up/like” your helping me to continue to give honest/unbiased insight into products I’ve used and you may have questions about. Just the right amount of information for me on these test strips.

We used Hach products in our water treatment plant so I knew Hach has excellent products.Mainly wanted it these for checking the chlorine in our drinking water so I will know when the carbon filter is not removing the chlorine any more. Will buy again.

We just installed a whole house chlorinator system. We didn't realize there was so much to setting it up, cleaning the existing plumbing, setting it up again for household use, and keeping an eye on the water's chlorine several times a day if not daily for the first 30 days after install.... and you go through a HUGE amount of these strips.We bought the Clorox, and another brand name, and we settled on these, first off because they are Hach brandname and because its only $20 for 200 strips! Clorox is $10 for 50!We now have purchased the Hach CN-66 testing unit for a more precise measure, and because our NYS Health Dept uses that for their testing. If we ever sell the house, we will have the whole set up that our NYS Health Dept recommends. I would use the strips because, IMO, there are good enough., but we are headed into retirement and thinking of maybe a change of location??
