I was using IQOS (Heets) before I got covid I had thought of giving up before then as I quit normally smoking a few years ago (3 I think) and hadn't missed it but still couldn't shake that last bit of nicotine Then I got covid and obviously I couldn't smoke anything as I was super poorly so I thought ok, I'll get some of these & just see if they work, I wasn't expecting much tbh It's been 3 weeks now I haven't even looked for my iqos even though I know I have 5 or 6 full packs of Heets (20's) but I've not looked I started at 14mg as I didn't think I needed the higher ones and I was right And I even forgot to replace them a few days last week so it just takes away that added nicotine desire Another week and I'll drop down to the lower Then I may drop again but cutting in half But I never thought I'd say this, I'm glad I got covid when I did as it worked out brilliantly for me and my stopping I also prefer spending £7 a week on this than £40 odd on Heets Much happier now and that was with me not expecting it to even work!
