So excited to have these recipes in a book!!I’ve followed shred happens on Instagram and have made many of the recipes, which are all beautiful, protein packed, flavorful, and delicious!!Arash shares his journey at the beginning of the book, which is honest, thoughtful, and inspiring!!The book is beautifully photographed!The recipes are simple to follow, using aromatic spices, that take each dish to the next level.I bought this book for myself and for my daughter, on the same day she bought the book for herself and for me. We were so excited for the release, that we ordered on its release date. We will just have to gift the extra book, to a deserving person. Thanks for my new favorite cookbook!

The BEST recipes I've ever eaten from a cookbook!
The title of this book says it all... Literally these recipes are so delicious yet so easy to make! I have not tried a single dish that I do not like. Best part... they are high protein and low-carb. Win, win. The flavor of the dishes are superb, but the ingredients are so simple. Arash is a culinary mastermind that leaves your mouth happy after every bite! For guiltless at-home dinners and healthy dips, sauces and snacks look no further. Trust me, these are crazy good recipes!

100’s of delicious, fresh, whole food recipes that won’t disappoint you.
The media could not be loaded. I have been eagerly awaiting his cookbook release! There are a surprising number of recipes and all have easy-to-follow directions. Well worth the price if you are on the fence about buying it. It is focused on “Mediterranean Diet” recipes, but easy to substitute/omit any spices or herbs you don’t like. You can see him on social media, and that is why I decided to buy his cookbook. He uses many herbs and spices for deepening flavors, and most ingredients are whole and healthy. While some of the ingredient lists look long, you’ll find that it is because of the different spices and herbs, and NOT because of expensive, rarely-used items. Pistachios, tamarind paste, sumac are the only “exotic” type ingredients that maybe you wouldn’t keep in your pantry, but easily remedied. He has allulose for a few recipes, but you can sub that for something else, if you care to. The ONLY negative I can say about this book is that he left out the nutritional analysis on every recipe. You will have to use an online calculator to determine the values of nutrients for each recipe. I wish he had done that for us, to save time, but it is what it is. This is still an awesome collection of delicious, healthy meals, and still worth the price. Check him out on Social first if you need reassurance about his recipes! Great stuff!

Beautifully done; inspirational ; delicious recipes ♥️
I got my book last night and cooked up a power chicken bowl . My family loved it . It was delicious and “ so easy , so good!”. I was expecting a decent cookbook but I got so much more . I got to be a part of Arash’s story . He shares beautiful family pictures , and his journey to where he is today is so inspirational . I’m also deeply thankful that although soups are not part of this cookbook , it is thanks to Arash’s super high protein soup recipes that he shares on line I am able to feed my mother with Alzheimer’s high quality and delicious foods. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

Wonderful recipes!
This cookbook is fantastic! It has clear concise instructions, paired with beautiful photos of the completed recipes. This cookbook is something I will be using frequently. Congratulations to Arash Hashemi for putting together a great selection of high protein - low carb recipes.
