Internet on the Go and simple to set up
Not had it long I’ve purchased for when I go on holiday but initially for my daughter who has just moved house and needed temporary WiFi while waiting for a broadband connection, easy setup just need to register the sim which needs to be more clear that it includes one as I paid £10 extra for an 02 data sim but it comes complete with a smarty sim you just need to top it up I paid (another) £10 but you do get 30gb of data compared to the £10 02 card I purchased with 3gb data overall a good little gadget that does what it says on the tin and it’s small enough to fit in your pocket that you can take it out with you to have internet where ever you go

Easy Peasy Mobile WiFi
Easy to set up and use...said the reviews, and that's exactly my experience. I wanted a mobile wifi hotspot for the caravan whilst away as we sometimes go off grid and away from the organised hotspots you find at some caravan parks. Prior to getting this device I had used a Huawei USB dongle in my laptop, with a '3' monthly pay sim card. Obviously that gave no access for other devices such as our iphones and ipad. I just charged up the battery, inserted the sim card, switched on, and there was the wifi signal on all devices. The login details are printed on the inside of the case, if you should ever forget them. Great piece of tech - I can completely recommend it.

A good product
I purchased this product with a pay as you go data sim to get the internet in my car so I could use a Alexa dot on the go.The set up was a little confusing at first but with the help of YouTube it was up and running in no time.I haven't had it long enough to give a in depth review but so far it's working fine.

Whether or not it's any good for you will depend entirely on the sim card ...
I get quite a number of questions about this so .... It's a sim free mobile wifi hotspot. Whether or not it's any good for you will depend entirely on the sim card you choose and the signal strength in your area. It'll run up to 5 devices. In my case that's my laptop, my e-reader and my spare mobile which doesn't have built in internet access (so will only work with wifi). If you want to take it abroad, your UK sim probably won't work so best thing is to buy and top up a PAYG sim in whichever Country you're visiting. As long as you don't expect home broadband speeds, it's a great product for getting on line, web browsing, e-mail, youtube etc but if you're wanting to download big movie files and similar, be prepared to be patient. It is very good value and very easy to use.

Rubbish device I'm afraid
OK I've had this several years and never used it as had been using cards in my ipadg. This year I tried to use this with a Reglo mobile card in France and it just wouldn't work as the battery appeared dead (probably due to age). However, I charged it up and every time I unplugged from the mains the battery died. Brought back home and tried to log on via my mac to the admin page - no luck. Eventually managed to get access via my ipad - to discover all of the instructions are in japanese! Have put it in the bin!!

Review - Huawei E5330
It is OK but when I try change the SSID it will not let me log back in so I had to reset the factory defaults - I don't want the hassle of changing the unit so I have just learned to live with it! The default password on the sticky label is only designed to be read by dwarfs from outer space. Even when the letters are magnified it is very difficult to see and the small t looks like an l.

Perfect temporary at home router!
Absolutely shocked by the amount of power this little device has! Ive used this little router now for over a month and i can use it from all over my house (obviously the closer you are the stronger the signal but still very decent signal from downstairs in my house). I have using this router due to the lockdown which has meant no Internet installation until June, if it had not been this product i would have moved into my house and had no internet at all. Recommendation get a smarty sim card too £20 and you get unlimited data to use for a whole month 😁 Definitely worth the £40 and would make a great gift to someone travelling and needing to use alot of data!

WiFi tiddle um ti
Arrived swiftly and cheap priced. This item works perfectly.Unfortunately the network I tried didn't.Our phone lines were blown down in the storms just before Xmas 2014, and they weren't going to be repaired until the new year.I bought this superb mobile wifi as a temporary replacement to keep internet access going over the festive tide.My son bought me a month unlimited use from 3 as a Crimbo gift. What a disaster. After all their spiel about their 321 offer, all I got was one day of signal out of the month, then the month expired. We later found out they were upgrading the transmitters to 4G without telling anybody, and denying there was any problem with their signal.I was just about to get involved in a row with Huawei and their suppliers when I thought I had better try another network.GiffGaff gave a perfect signal and the E5330 performed flawlessly.3 are back up and running again, but 'touching' and 'barge pole' spring to mind.Moral of story: Just check that the network is functioning properly if you have any problems.
