I have tool chest drawers full of socket sets and wrenches but I ordered this because it came in an organized case that I can carry in my truck, camper, or keep in the garage. It is great to have most everything I need in both metric and SAE sizes in one carry case rather than running back and forth to find the right size socket or wrench. The case is very well made, sturdy, and the tools fit tight and secure so they don’t fall out. I’m impressed with the look, feel and overall quality of the tools. For instance the sockets snap firmly onto the ratchet and don’t fall off or wiggle like cheap tool sets. This is a great set and includes standard and deep sockets. For a kit with 159 tools I’d say this is a good value and money well spent.

Great set. It has most hand tools that you may need, whether you are a home enthusiast or a professional mechanic, apart from hammers, channel locks and pliers maybe. It's got 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" drive ratchet wrenches, a set of standard and metric regular wrenches, standard and metric sockets, regular and deep, a bit driver with a set of most common bits, allen wrenches, drive extensions, even spark plug sockets. I'm happy with the purchase. It is well worth the $99 I paid. It was priced same as the 230 piece set with 3 drawers, but after comparing the lists of items in each set I decided to get this one due to a few specific sizes socket being included with this set but not the other one, and the other one having just more sizes bits and hex keys that I already have. I purchased this product from Amazon because they were $15 cheaper than a local company that was running a flash sale of half price. I almost purchased it from the other place and I thought I should really look on Amazon first. I was shocked when it was $15 cheaper on Amazon. It arrived in two days which the other place was going to be 7 to 14 days for shipping. So Amazon beat that also. Upon opening it I was shocked at how impressive of a tool set this is. Everything is held in place and snapped tight so they don’t fall out. Will it stay like that? I have no idea. There are so many sizes to choose from, this is the perfect set for anybody. I bought this to keep up at our cabin and this will be perfect for that. Total weight of the product is not heavy at all. It’s in a Total weight of the product is not heavy at all. It’s in a really nice handy carrying case. Everything is in one spot. The low profile ratchets are a plus. All my other ratchets are a lot larger and thicker. I would definitely buy this again and recommend this to anyone that needs an all-in-one tool kit.

This is hands down the Best Buy for you buck. It comes with everything necessary and you don’t get all of the extra stuff to fill up space or to make it look like it’s more than it’s not. Great product I would highly recommend

Bought this to replace my lost craftsman tool set. Its perfect. I would recommend one of these to anyone who needs tools on the go. Every size you need when you need it. the locks are good and keep the case closed in the back of the truck. the case is strong and heavy duty. Just what you would expect from Craftsman.

It seems like a decent set to carry in the trunk or in your truck. It is fairly large and heavy. The tools in the cover are held securely for now, but I hope they don't loosen up with use; otherwise, all those sockets will fall out whenever you open the cover. For now, they seem pretty good; held firm enough, but not so tight you need a tool just to get them out. This did cost double the price of the similar Amazon Basics kit, so that's something to consider. Both this set and the Amazon Basics kits don't list the sizes included. Sometimes these kits give you sizes you'll never use (especially in the metric sizes) and skip the ones you do need. For the most part, this set includes most everything you do need, while minimizing the stuff you'll never use: 11mm for example. I have never seen a fastener with an 11mm head, but this set includes 3 sockets and a wrench in 11mm, while not providing the very commonly needed 17mm wrench. There are two 9mm sockets, but I've never seen a 9mm fastener. 15mm and 16mm used to be unheard-of, but in recent years I have encountered bolts with 15mm or 16mm heads. But the wrenches do seem usable for the average application. Also included are additional tools you can see in the pictures; ratchet extensions, 3/8 U-joint, 3/8-1/4 adapter, Allen wrenches in SAE and metric, screw driver inserts in flat, Phillips, Torx, square, etc. This is OK for either a starter set for someone just beginning, or as a truck/mobile set for people who already have better tools in their shop, but just need a complete set on-the-go. The quality seems decent enough. The 3 ratchets are a bit scratchy and draggy when back-stroking, but not too bad. I heard this set and its components are all discontinued, so if something breaks, you are out of luck.
