Great for a ready made paste
I've tried quite a few makes of ready made paste over the years and this is the one I keep going back to. It has just the right balance of heat, and a good depth of flavour, although of course more tailored to western tastes than true Thai. Good value for money too, plus the bonus of a sealable container once opened!

Disastrous change in recipe
We used to love this sauce in its tasty heyday. I don’t know why or how the recipe’s changed, but I can only say ‘don’t buy’. Hurts me to say it when I know most people are doing their best.
