The screw holes stopped lining up to make it possible to get 4 screws in on my studio rack gear. Basically had zero assembly instructions, even on their site. I gave it four stars because in spite of the problems it is a nice looking, functioning rack and is very reasonably priced.

Shipment on time arrived in good condition. Very fast and easy assembly. One if the sturdiest racks in my studio. Well.worth the money.

This is the best rack I have purchased for a home lab. While it cannot accommodate full size server equipment, it is ideal for rack mount pc cases and most networking equipment, power strips, etc. I have purchase 4 others over the last 10 years and this is the best.

This is a sheet metal nightmare. I avoided the garbage screws that came with it, thanks to other reviews. However, I didn't see any mention that the vertical posts were warped and bowed outward. Thanks to this massive piece of junk, only the top few spaces could be mounted! If you look at the photo, the bracket I put in to space a heavy item isn't square at all! The shelf I was installing under it can't even reach because the posts are warped beyond the size of shelf with flexible mounting holes!!! This is absolute junk, and I regret paying a terribly high price for it considering the terribly low quality. Never again with this company! Stick with a reputable brand, this brand is not it. UPDATE: The seller of this garbage contacted me through Amazon and started talking nonsense, blaming me for using another brand of screws, and then saying that people usually return this when the posts are warped. Clearly, I'm not the first person to deal with this useless trash. The seller pushes garbage, and then tries to blame the customer for receiving garbage. AVOID THEM!!!!!!
