I'm not saying that they don't work they seem legit I just don't feel much of a difference maybe a little bit but regardless I'll continue to take them until they're gone. I have no complaints, they're affordable compared to most and arrived fast.

The first week and a half I had a lot of “clean”energy and it detoxed my body. no jitters from the energy. I could only take a half of one pill. After that I started taking the recommended dose which is 2 pills.It definitely helped with muscle soreness and cleared my lungs from any build up of mucus. I would take one when my muscles would feel sore and it helped right away. I also felt a shift in my digestive system. was a lot during the first week and a half because of the detoxing.After the first week and a half I stopped getting the rush of energy that I got when I first started taking them.I have stopped taking them now because I recently got kidney stones and I want to rule out the shilajit. Maybe my body is getting too much of a certain mineral?!? I am not saying that the Shilajit caused it, I just remember reading when doing some research on it that kidney stones could happen if you get too much of something in it so I will wait to continue until I know for sure it is or isn’t the shajit. Kidney stone pain is no joke!All in all I would say that it does what it says it’s supposed to do. The only thing that threw me off was the energy lift after a week and. half of taking it.
