Truly Golden Gloves!! Great quality, feel, and protection for sparring and bag work.
I've boxed competitively 15 years ago and still train when I can get it in today. I've owned and/or used gloves from every major brand and these offer the most compact design and best protection for your fists and for your apponent when you're sparring. They form fit your hand so your hand won't Move or shift in the glove when punching. The protection and padding are soft but not pillow like. The cuffs are long and supportive and you get a great cinch and tie down. These gloves feel very fast for me when training with them. They don't feel like16 ounces at all. They have the protection of a 16 ounce glove but feel like 14 oz or even 12 oz when it comes to hand speed (I purchased- 16 oz in Gold). The leather is very soft and durable and I expect these gloves to last me for the next 15+ years. They're the most expensive gloves you can purchase in the US (they I've found anyway) but cry once, buy right, and sit tight. I think you'll love them if you like a compact, light-feeling glove with soft hand protection. To me, they feelmost Similar to a Cleto Reyes 16 oz; however, Winning's have a tighter profile / hand compartment, and the padding is softer and more evenly dispersed where you need the most hand protection. They feel great and it's no wonder so many of the top pros train with these gloves. If you hit hard and you have hand trouble, knuckle pain, or have suffered hand injuries - try these gloves! I think they're the best you'll find. Stay punching!

The Perfect Combination
Amazing gloves, these are the perfect combination of structure, density and flexibility. These gloves feel lighter than other 16oz. models because the weight is so well balanced and distributed. Wraps tight around the wrists for a high level of support and safety. You hit harder and more accurately with these gloves, I can't explain why, but it's no harder on your hands. It's like the feel of small glove with the padding and shock dissipation of a 16oz. boxing glove. Even an amateur white collar guy like me can notice the difference. Finally, the workmanship and detail on these gloves is just beautiful, they are clearly by hand, each stitch is perfectly arranged, the quality of the leather is and other materials beautiful, they even smell amazing. I honestly didn't even use them for a few days so I could stare at how perfect they were. I was in doubt about spending this kind of money on gloves, but once I got them I had no regrets. Also, they arrive in just a few days, it used to be you had to wait months (literally) to get them from Winning, but amazon gets them to you in just days now somehow, always a bonus.

Great glove
I have Sabas SS, Everlast Powerlock, Reyes, Everlast MX, now Winning let me tell you there’s no going back now these gloves are superb I’d say the Sabas SS are closest to a winning glove type of feel, they are my new favorite gloves they are really comfortable and they have the protection of an 18oz gloves but are 16oz, there is only one thing that kinda bugs me which is the hand compartment it is pretty small but everything else about the glove makes up for

Wow
You can immediately tell that these gloves are of a higher caliber right out of the box. I did not have that reaction when I received their FG2900 headgear. These gloves are made to last long, as they demonstrate excellent quality. They do a great job of protecting your hands while punching with full power (no substitute for wrapping your hands!)and help your punching form because of their brilliant design. You will not be disappointed nor regret this purchase. The price is justified. Like some have indicated, you don't have to be a pro fighter to get these gloves, if you have the money and you want superior protection and quality, get them.I originally bought these gloves to use on the heavy bag because of their well-known protective properties, however, I have since changed my mind and plan to use them only for sparring. I changed my mind because I love these gloves too much and I personally think they are better for sparring. I will use my Fighting / Ringside gloves for bag work. I know some people say that Winning are the best for bag work, but I cannot afford to get a pair for each activity and the unwritten rule is that you should not use the same gloves you use for bag/mitts for sparring. In addition, I would hate to wear down these gloves on the heavy bag/mitts.Let me know your thoughts on this. BTW the seller here is simply amazing, I ordered on Tuesday and got them on Friday.

Wow these gloves are great they really are
Wow these gloves are great they really are. I order the 16 oz black lace ups and I couldn't be happier. They offer great protection and fit really good (snugged) I will definitely be purchasing another pair when I wear them out. I actually don't think they are like pillows they are awesome but I wouldn't say pillows I can still feel my knuckles. I have the 18 oz red Reyes and you can definitely feel the difference, these puppies do the best job. Wish people could try them just for them to appreciate the quality.Oh and mine took a week to arrive I was kind of bummed that it said 1 to 2 months but I got them early.

There's no going back!
These are in my opinion the best gloves you can buy. The build quality is instantly noticeable and sets it apart from anything else. Read up on winning gloves though before you buy and make sure these are what you want. They offer much more cushioning than other brands (such as Reyes), and I can understand why some people may not prefer that. I would recommend getting the lace-up versions, unless you often work out by yourself. The leather and the stitching and the padding on these gloves should last for many, many years of abuse, but Velcro would be the first thing to wear out. You can replace laces, you can't replace Velcro.
