Perfect!
Caron All Day Cotton Yarn is absolutely wonderful to work with! The texture is soft yet strong, and it glides so smoothly on my hooks and needles without splitting. I love that it’s 100% cotton, making it perfect for everything from dishcloths and home décor to lightweight garments. The colors are vibrant and hold up beautifully after washing, which makes my finished projects look professional and long-lasting. It’s quickly become one of my favorite go-to yarns for both practical and creative projects!

Pretty color and good value
I just start crocheting and the ladies in my class suggested this yarn for our tshirt project. Great price. They look small but each roll is 173 yards. Pretty color. (Eyes blue)Easy for this beginner to crochet with. I don't have much experience but so far my project looks nice and the finished product is soft

Nice cranberry color!
Purchased this color to make a bucket hat for a friend. It is easy to work with and I had no trouble with the yarn splitting. It has a nice, soft feel to it and the color is beautiful! I’ve not decided what to make with the rest of the yarn but one skein is more than enough to make one bucket hat.

Great yarn, terrible factory knots
Actual rating I'd say is 3.75. I enjoy the yarn itself is very soft and easy to work with. Breathable for wearable items and the colours are beautiful (though I wish there was a bigger selection). My issue? The factory knots. Some skeins have none, but one skein had 4 or 5 factory knots within the first HALF of the skein. There was one more really close to the end. Other skeins have had 3 or 4 total as well. With how small the skeins are you would think there wouldn't need to be so many.. Maybe one here and there. I absolutely hate weaving in ends just like most people, so needing to weave in more just because of factory knots really annoys me. I did a no-sew project where I would've only have to weave in ends from the beginning, where the skein ends, and where I finished each colour. Nope. Not including beginning and ends, I had to weave in 30 ends because of factory knots. Yes, I counted. I'll still order this yarn because it's better quality than other cotton I've used- I even have more on the way now and it's my 3rd time purchasing. But caron... You need to figure out those factory knots.I still recommend this yarn, just a fore warning.

Rich color, luxe feel, and incredible value!
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful colors, and luxurious feel — this yarn is a dream to crochet with. It’s not twisted, but more ‘braided’ I guess, and it doesn’t split, fuzz or fray like other brands. On my current WIP, I’ve literally pulled the whole thing apart three times, and even rewound it into a cake, and the yarn is still pristine. For the price, the quality can’t be beat. I can’t wait to finish this tank top and wear it!I will definitely be buying more.

I LOVE this yarn!
I ordered several packages of this yarn, half expecting the dye lots not to match, but they miraculously did.The yarn is wonderfully soft and delightful to work with. It has incredible stitch definition, if that is what you are looking for. It frogs easily, if you are like me and have to pull out row after row when you find a mistake. I had a very hard time finding the center pull and ended up with a lot of 'yarn guts' on about half the skeins. This yarn is 100% cotton but is lighter and has MUCH more drape than other cotton yarns. This is because of its chainette structure. This type of yarn, unlike many (most) cottons, is quite resistant to splitting. If you get splitting, try changing your hook or needles because it is almost certainly not the yarn. (Look at the yarn carefully and you'll see why.) I used Bates hooks/needles with not a single split and my sweater is already half finished. The price is great, too, although I did get mine in Deal Days. This works up like much more expensive yarn. It is mercerized, with lovely, discreet sheen. The color on this is a beautiful, soft blue that is almost periwinkle, but not quite. Just a hint of violet to the blue. I am working on an unstructured cardi and love the drape of this yarn and love the way the ribbed borders have a crisp look to them. When I finish, I'll come back here and add a photo.

Soft natural fiber that doesn’t split.
Love Caron thread, doesn’t split easily and it’s all cotton. Colors are consistent and they make beautiful blankets.

Love this yarn for crocheting garments. Color-fast and easy to work with. The price is reasonable, too.
