It helps to improve breathing. It does a good job in creating capacity to exhale, after a deep inhale. Doing the 10 minutes exercise needs some distraction to do it.

I got these for my daughter. She has a lot of problems with her lungs and they are helping her to get up the flame out of her lungs. Very happy with them.
