How does one make a warranty claim on an Aigostar kettle within its 2-year warranty period. You say email them, but don't give an email address.

You'll find (as I did) that the warranty is worthless. Amazon won't help, and the seller simply keeps referring you back to Amazon who tell you to contact the manufacturer. I did find an email address for Aigostar, but got no response at all. Web pages suggest they are no longer trading.

is this kettle energy a power saving kettle?

Well I bought this 2 to 3 months ago but only started using it a week ago....and guess what the lid catch dropped and is difficult to put back on so the kettle keeps boiling which is a health and safely issue if one has is called to the door or children. This must bea regular fault with the kettle. ANY ANSWERS AS TO WHERE TO DIRECT MY COMPLAINT TO£
