I love to fast for 24 hours sometimes so needed a magic pill to curb my appetite..I bought these a week ago and they work only need one in the morning and I have the occasional black coffee ..they work great highly recommend

I bought these along side dieting and eating a lot more healthy.They are quite big capsules but I had no problem swallowing them.I lost about a stone and a half so far with no side effects. I would definitely recommend for weight loss.

These seem to stop the food noise for me. Nothing else I've tried has made any difference. I've had no side effects after 2 weeks. Easy enough to swallow. I'm eating much more sensibly.

The fat burner has helped me immensely with my weight loss journey and with mental clarity. I only take 2 in the 2 day as I am not hugely overweight but have seen an increase in my weight gain as I am a lady currently going through peri-menopause. I am using these more as a preventative measure. I had reached a plateau stage and just could not shift the extra few pounds that I needed to and these have definitely helped me push through that. Also, I notice when I haven't taken them I do not seem to be as focused during the day. In addition, they give me the boost in energy I need to workout. All in all a great product, well done.

I have bought many different tablets to help keep my weight down, it isn't because I am overweight it's mainly because I am diabetic. Anyone that is diabetic will know with all the medications you're given and especially with insulin, you do tend to put on the weight or so I found anyhow. I have found with Slim smart supplement that I have lost weight but gradually. At first when I first took it did upset my stomach however I will put this down to not the tablets itself, but more to do with my other meds. Anyhow less than a week I adjusted to it I found it easy to swallow, without any problems the size for me was not an issue for other people it might be. The packaging and even the tablets look and feel of a good quality as I've said I have loss weight but not in a drastic way it was gradual and there's also curbed me wanting to eat. Which was also something I desperately wanted to do, as I said we're diabetes I know it affects everybody differently but they are days where you just get this hunger for no reason at all. For myself I definitely would buy the product again, I have found it very useful and even where I've had to stop taking it for a little while not due to effect of the tablet. I had a hospital appointment and what I noticed was the weight that I had lost stayed off.

I purchased these at the end of April '25 and probably didn't start using them until May '25.At the same time I tried to go on a healthier diet and started doing my steps and going to the gym a couple of times a week.Now early July and I have lost 1 1/2 stone.Maybe this was down to exercise or dieting but I truly believe the weight loss has been bolstered by taking the Pro BRN capsules.I haven't had any side effects and I only take 1 each day, in the morning.I would and will buy again as I have definitely lost more weight this time round that previous attempts at dieting etc.

Packaged well, bottle is not flimsy and is reasonably well designed.Capsules do NOT stick to each other; I have not seen any evidence of splitting, leakage or any other potential sign of damage.The seal was well intact.No unpleasant smells or factory aromas lingering.Very easy to swallow, not big at all - as long as you take them with water! Otherwise they will just stick to your throat.Great customer service, very caring and knowledgeable; they actually offered me a full refund based on my personal experience with the product (highlighted below) and did not send any generic, scripted responses - they actually had a professional conversation with me and decided to refund my purchase - they even told me to keep the product! (Although I may not use it, for reasons stated in my review).Personally, I do not find these totally effective... I had tried them for about a week and had, unfortunately, found that they kind of "cancel-out" or "block" my daily medication (which is an extremely high dose of lethally potent opium-based medication; 'Methadone') by making me feel very 'jittery' and induce a sensation of withdrawal - which is rather, painfully unpleasant - and was a complete shock to my system as I have been on this medication for a decade and never would have thought that an all-natural supplement would have such an undesirable effect on such a large scale that it forced me to completely cease using the supplements... by the next day, my body went back to normal and the odd sensations of withdrawal went away... (some natural ingredients can have certain "blocking", metabolism-boosting, "sobering" effects that directly influence the effectiveness, potency & duration of certain [illicit] substances / chemicals in the body's system - similar to citrus fruits & coconut, used, for their properties to treat some forms of high doses / overdose in individuals with substance abuse).I should also note that, while I was testing the product, I used just one-a-day and always with a morning meal with lots of water; I sometimes would only eat once or twice a day and others up to 6 times - the rumoured food-suppressant quality did not entirely work with me and my energy levels were, mostly, higher than normal, on average, but not an incredible variation, as expected (I acknowledge that it should, usually, take up to 3 months with continued, frequent dosage before any 'regular', consistent changes are made).I found it hard to concentrate easily on specific tasks and was in more of a stationary-hyper mood throughout most of the day/s and that was not a nice feeling for me...For complete lack of experience with this particular product, due to discontinued use, I can, in no way, comment on it's ability to assist with weight loss. As far as I am concerned, it is more of a placebo enhancer, meaning that if you take it, you are probably (sensibly) taking active steps to lose weight... therefore, the amount of calories you burn (lose) to how much you consume (gain) will be the main factor in any weight loss and could NEVER expect a magical pill to "burn" calories for you if you are not doing anything to decrease the amount you consume!As long as you eat less sugary foods and manage your nutritional balance well and count your calorific intake, you will know how much you would have to exercise in order to lose more calories by making sure that the number is higher than what you eat!Eat more nutrient rich foods, more protein, less sugar; move more, less procrastination and more exercise - you can realistically set goals and deadline intervals to achieve weight loss goals and feel much better for it!Healthy eating is the best natural anti-depressant.
