Great product, great price
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Great product, great price, and excellent customer service.

Handy and versatile
Great for baking but also very handy for mixology. In the UK our eggs aren't pasteurised, so people are put off trying a number of cocktails which include egg white as an ingredient (used to add a velvety mouthfeel and a layer of foam on top). These egg whites are pasteurised, so there's no risk involved.

Catch 22
High in protein but tastes and looks like 'man's essence' 👀 my only advice is, add whole eggs and lots of seasoning and herbs and swallow. Maybe they should feed those chickens more pineapple 👀

No waste
If your on a high protein diet these are great if you don't want waste yolks. They are a little expensive on this site you can get them cheaper at other supermarkets

Great for high protein
Love to make egg white omelettes or pack cakes with this, also great for baking like meringues and Swiss buttercream so you don’t need to separate eggs. Has quite a long life in the fridge and is quite good value for the number of egg whites it contains. A regular purchase.

Very expensive for what you get
These are very convenient and taste nice but not very good value for money

An excellent way of getting egg whites for meringue.
Although many people may buy this for making omelettes etc without egg yolks, I always purchase it for baking. When you're making meringues or royal icing, you need lots of egg whites, and obviously, if you're using ordinary eggs you get left with lots of egg yolks. This is a far more cost effective way of getting the whites.Ingredients wise, they are just egg whites with some guar gum added which helps with whisking. They come from free range chickensThey are pasteurised, which makes them safer for things such as royal icing, where they are not cooked. They whisk up beautifully and make a lovely airy meringue. They come from Belgium.I've bought them on numerous occasions, (I do like a lemon meringue pie), and I can't fault them.I hope you found this review helpful.

Had to purchase when I ran out of eggs
This has a really long shelf life! About 1 month, which is great during these times. I bought this as a back-up when I run out of eggs, and so far it tastes like traditional egg whites! I prefer normal eggs and don't understand why some people think the yolk is some sort of 'indulgence' or feel guilty eating it (loL). BUT this is good quality and lasts a while! I recommend this as a back-up during this crisis when eggs are so scarce....
