This is so delicious I take it like a vitamin! It's a great pick me up you get a good clean surge of energy and it's like your brain and your body gets what it needs from it! I take it with a wooden spoon I don't use metal. I read somewhere that you're not supposed to use metal with honey and it can mess with the taste and enzymes or something so I just use a wooden spoon and it's great I've also had it on some really great buttered croissant and that's insane it's just delicious and the bioavailability is a bonus! Yes it's expensive but you get what you pay for and there's so much in this 🥂

This is hands down the best honey I've ever tasted. And it helps with immunity too. I was feeling sick and warmed up 2 tablespoons with lemon and felt like a champ within 2 hrs. It’s only been a day since I got this and I’m already well over half way done with it. The best tasting honey I’ve ever had. Satisfies the sweet tooth in me. Bought it for my pre and post workout lemonade but damn gonna need to really take it easy on this. Too expensive to buy more than 2 jars a month.
